🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

These reviews highlight the capacity of a portable power source to provide reliable power in remote areas or during power outages, proving particularly useful for running power tools. The unit appears to function optimally with 12.0AH batteries, achieving extensive usage time. However, some users mentioned receiving a damaged or malfunctioned item and found the unit heavy, even without batteries.

Pros

  • 🔋 Great for 120v Power in remote areas
  • 🔧 Effective for running power tools
  • 🔐 Useful during power outages

Cons

  • ⚠️ Reports of receiving broken units
  • ⚖️ Considered heavy even without batteries

Should I Buy It?

If you frequently find yourself needing power in remote locations or during power outages, and utilize power tools, then this product seems to be quite reliable and efficient. However, note that some find the unit bulky and consider the possibility of receiving a malfunctioned unit. Every effort should be made to confirm the condition of the unit upon delivery.

  • Works great with most tools
It works great for many tools and charge batteries extremely fast (even if it is not its main purpose). However, some items like heat gun drown the battery faster than others. For example, I can't use the heat gun more than 30 minutes with 4x M18 12.0 batteries.

  • Don’t bother with this one
The media could not be loaded. Tried testing it on a couple electronics that don’t have any excessive watt draw and the tool went into over heat protection every time. Can’t even plug an extension cord in without it going into overheat protection.

  • I think this was a return
It came in a Home Depot box(?). It did not have the Manual. It did not have the carry on strap. It looks like it was packaged by someone at home. It was wrapped over and over with small bubble bubble wrap. However, it work, so I will keep it. I wish I could get the strap and the Manual (I downloaded one). This is my third power supply. I returned the other two (Generic and Ecoflow) because the could not handle the surge on my Mitre saw or small table saw. This was probably my last chance so I'll keep it. I really want to give it 2 stars because of the other problems, but it does work. ... show more

  • Great For Remote 120v Power
I use this for when I am out away from any 120v power. I run 12.0AH batteries with the unit and get great like out of them running power tools.

  • OK when properly configured for specialty application
First off, it does not work with cheap knock off batteries, so you are stuck buying legit batteries. IT DOES work with some older knock off batteries, but I tried 2 new knock offs and neither worked. Ideally the 12ah will be needed, so add an extra $800 just for batteries, which can be repurposed. It will eat any lower capacity battery in short order. That said, it allows big tools to run at full capacity for short periods, which I have not tested with other lithium power banks in the 600-800 range. I suspect the others are cheaper but may not hold up to job site conditions. It cannot be used as a standby condition and must be manually turned on after a period of time. Leaving all 4 batteries in will cause them to run down slowly. Charges all 4 batteries simultaneously but is bulky if charging is its intended purpose. It is well made and does what it is supposed to do when properly configured. I can run a jackhammer and a space heater until one of the 4 batteries gives out. I knew it would be bulky but often the bulk is far less convenient than a long extension cord. I wouldn't leave this out in public and feel a bit uneasy about the package because it is a bright red theft target. In retrospect, I would have considered a more anonymous looking power bank despite not being able to use the batteries separately. ... show more

  • When you need emergency power in a pinch
Great product bought it to run stuff during power outage until I get the emergency generator up and running. Great for power tolls and charging batteries for power tools when away from places without power.

  • Received damaged / can't review
The media could not be loaded. I dislike that it arrived broken. It is extremely heavy without batteries. Didn't get a chance to test it out.. But the weight is a major turnoff to me to start with
