  • Fits 2021 Ford SuperDuty diesels
Purchased 2 for my 2021 Ford F350 6.7. Have had no issues since I installed them 9+ months ago.

  • Don't waste your money, junk battery.
This battery is junk. It was dead on arrival so I put it on a charger and it took a charge, installed it in the truck and it was fine for about 4 months. It started dying slowly during the winter, after about a month or so after it started to loose charge it would only hold a charge for a week then be completely dead. At this point, early spring it will not hold a charge for more than 30 minutes. If you turn the truck off it will start but it struggles but once it sits for 30 minutes or so it is dead will barely have enough power to light the markers when you open the door. Says it has a 36 month warranty but not even a year after purchasing this the return window is cancelled and no parts stores will warranty it because we did not buy it from them, don't waste your money on this trash, buy local so if it fails you can get it fixed. Update: Vendor took a few days to get back to me after I reached out to try and get the battery warrantied, I was told to box it up and send it back to them, NOT told it would be warrantied just told to send it back on my dime. So they want me to spend about $65 to ship this battery back to them not knowing if they will warranty it or how long or if they are going to charge to return a replacement. Autoplicity is a joke, This company sells old batteries that have been on a shelf for who knows how long then wants you to spend more money to warranty them when they fail. Even AC Delco / GM customer service agreed they are out of their minds, buying from them like rolling the dice, if you have no product issues than fine but if you do sucks to be you. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. ... show more

  • So Far, So Good....
There are a few caveats and I've never bought a battery online before (I'm getting lazy) for obvious reasons so I was a bit concerned. No core exchange nonsense, good price, arrived well packaged, fully charged and within spec. Installed it, fired it up and so far, so good. I'll worry about the life and warranrty if / when I have to. This is a Group 65 battery and as others have already said, it fits older Ford / Lincoln / Mercury. It fits my 2005 Explorer and if needed, my 2000 Grand Marquis. Same specs, size and terminal orientation. Good luck! ... show more

  • VERY SLOW DELIVERY
This group 65 battery fit perfectly in my 1998 Mercury Marquis 4.6 engine and I think it is a very good battery. The only problem I see is it takes 7-10 days for delivery. I would have been glad to pay for faster shipping. Most people need a car battery a lot faster than 7-10 days!! This is a problem Amazon needs to fix if they want to sell car batteries!! ... show more

  • ACDelco great product, vendor is the issue
Ordered this battery because obviously we needed a new battery for our vehicle. We received the battery 6 days later and found the battery was broken and leaking fluid. It had been dropped either at the vendor's business or by the carrier. Vendor's packaging was not the best we've seen either. Made contact with Amazon which made contact with Autoplicity (funny how it rhymes with "duplicity"). After being shuffled around within the Autoplicity staff we received this message via Messages in Amazon. “Hello Dave, Thank you for contacting us, we sincerely apologies for inconvenience caused to you, since you received damaged battery we would need to file a claim with carrier, while the process is ongoing, unfortunately, we can not sent the replacement, while the battery is non-returnable, we need the sticker on the battery sent back to us, we have attached a prepaid return label and you can use the return label to return the sticker. We look forward to assisting you so please feel free to message us with any questions. Alok V. Customer Service” Obviously the pictures I sent of the broken/leaking battery were not enough for Alok. So now, we need to take the label off the battery, send it to Alok which will take approx. 6 more days, then Alok has to fiddle with FedEx and then MAYBE we will either get a replacement battery or a refund. If we get the replacement battery will it be undamaged or broken again. Could be a nauseating carousel ride with this company. At BEST I imagine this process taking another month to resolve and that is thinking optimistically. Meanwhile Autoduplicity has our money and we have a worthless broken battery that we will now have to drive 32 miles R/T to dispose of and more than likely be charged a fee for disposal. The bottom line is, we are one vehicle down, 200+ dollars poorer and more than likely a month from this company resolving the issue. ... show more
