bought a brand new 2024 Toyota RAV4 that immediately, (2,500 miles), started having electrical issues.     • Did not meet my expectations
The manufacturer claims this battery has 3X the battery life, so why is the warranty only 36 months? Walmart offers 48 month warranty on their batteries. I purchased this battery for my 2020 JeepWrangler and after 30 months, it no longer will hold a charge. Rather thank go through the hassle of trying to get credit for 6 months of warranty, I will replace it with a Walmart battery at half the price with an extra year warranty. ... show more

Quite spendy, but worth the price. It eliminated the battery killing over abundant electronics problems in my 2021 ford F150. (Three factory batteries destroyed in only two years.) This one does work and handles the electronics, but if you want even more power, the larger H7 size fits in the holder and the system will accept it. ... show more

I bought this battery because it was supposed to be high quality I put nothing but top of the line things in and on my customized F-150 I bought this battery for the beginning of the summer and it has died three times already. Out of nowhere I didn't leave nothing on it would just be dead then I would get a jump it would work perfectly fine then I don't know where it would just die like 2 weeks later it died on me three times in a couple months I would consider that trash. Maybe I got a defective one could be, but it is what it is, I'm just rating it on MY experience. ... show more

    • Purchased for C7 Corvette But Amazon Dropped The Ball
Purchased this on 1/24/23 with delivery scheduled for 1/27/23. Morning of 1/27, I get an email from Amazon, "Shipper returning product to Amazon. Refund to be issued within 7 days". I assume they dropped it and cracked it open. It's now 2/6/23, and the latest from Amazon, "Refund to be issued within 7 days after receipt of product back to Amazon." Yes, my VISA was charged. Not happy about that at all. Now, about the battery. I have used both yellow top and red top Optima batteries in all of my cars, especially my Corvettes over the years without issue. Batteries last 5 to 7 years, much better than the 2 to 3 years the OEM batteries last. The handle on this one was instrumental to an easy install on my C7 Corvette. The removal of the AC/Delco OEM battery? Not so much. After some pinched fingers and bruised knuckles, I finally was able to remove the old battery. Whomever designed the C7 battery location in the truck with nearly no room around the battery was out of their damn mind. It's a design similar to German BMWs, Mercedes, Audi's and more, where they don't want you to maintain your own vehicle but instead take it to the stealership. As far as the other reviewers, about less than optimal battery life from current Mexico production batteries, I cannot comment on. I can say both my 2003 C5 Corvette and my 2012 C6 Corvette both have the Optima batteries and both are going on 7 plus years and still hold a charge and crank the cars with gusto. I ended up purchasing a new Optima from a local auto parts store and so far, am very happy. It’s putting out 14 volts and the 800 CCA kick the starter into compliance without issue. No more sluggish and slow starts like the dying AC/Delco battery. ... show more

    • Strong battery
I had issues with the factory installed battery whit the starter and stop system.But everything changed after replacing the Acura battery with the Optima battery my system works as intended.

Recommended to replace my battery with this one. 2022 Corvette. Had a power draw and old battery needed jump multiple times. Replaced with this battery and haven't had an issue since. Very happy.
