    • Amazon Has No Idea How To Ship Car Batteries - Buyer Beware
The Good: I was able to install the battery and it works. The Poor: It fits my 2015 Dodge Dart, but I had to remove one of the lateral stops on the battery mount, and the OEM blanket won't fit without cutting up one of the seams most of the way. Fortunately I don't plan to continue my drifting career. The very bad: This very heavy battery was shipped in a BOX TOO BIG FOR THE BATTERY, made of THIN CARDBOARD, and there was INSUFFICIENT BUBBLE WRAP inside to keep the battery from moving around. This resulted in mild damage to the bottom rails on the battery, but fortunately the casing seems sound. I will NEVER buy a battery through Amazon again. The Absurd: No returns. I should have seen this before I placed the order. The excuse was HAZMAT. There were NO HAZMAT MARKINGS on the box. There were plenty of HEAVY stickers (no kidding) on a box that was totally unsuited for the contents. And of course, the real kicker was that I was without a car until this battery arrived, and the shipment arrived late. ... show more
