The customer service update. They did reach to me, but I have not had a response back. The Resistance knob started working so I'm now able to use the bike.

Great bike option!
Great option that is cheaper than a Peloton. I have really enjoyed the Echelon rides. Only downfall is you can only use Echelon programs to ride and it’s more expensive than the workout program I have been using.

Did not connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
Product arrived in an unopened & intact box, however the bike was broken. It did not connect to Bluetooth, the resistance button wouldn’t work, and device wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Returned and still waiting on refund.

Product arrived in a damaged box. Spent an hour trying to assemble to find out it’s defective. Now I have to try and fit this 140lb bike back into the box…because can’t get ahold of customer service
