They keep on transfering me to technical support amd nobody ever picks up the phone. Dont buy this product and dont buy from this company. This is one of the best investments I’ve ever made for my business. Literally cut my costs for chemicals in half. It gets the carpet so hot that I can almost just use this and no chemicals. Truly worth the price. Can’t recommend this enough.
