I love how easy this screen protector was to install but only 2 months in it has 5 or 6 cracks where the phone folds, It came with 2 screen protectors, I screwed up the 1st one and was able to install the 2nd perfectly. I am so disappointed after the top notch installation process. I believe I left a 5 star review shortly after I purchased and installed the product. I feel bad having to right this review and leave a less than 5 star this time but It should have lasted longer than 2 months, the one that came with the phone lasted a year. This is a 2 part system. The rigid protector for the outer glass was very easy to align and install due to the provided installation jig. No complaints there. The soft film for the inner screen is another matter. I found the included directions for the film installation confusing and lack luster in detail. I would recommend watching the installation video before trying to put it on. My main complaint, however, is related to the durability of the the film. After only a week of use, a tear formed in the area of the screen that hinges. I originally thought it was a crack in the screen, but upon closer examination, it appears to be a stress fracture in the film. Probably due to repeatedly opening and closing the handset. I feel this product is defective because it failed under normal operating conditions. If the film is going to tear after only a week of opening and closing the phone, that's a fairly critical design flaw. I would recommend not purchasing this product until the manufacturer corrects the problem. Though 2 films are provided in the kit, I ruined one by improperly installing it, so I can't say for sure if the failure was the result of a bad part slipping thru the QA process of it is truly a design flaw affecting all of them. So keep that in mind. Maybe I just got a "bad" one. Either way, I'm going to try a different brand for better results. ... show more
