Love this coat! Very soft, versatile and beautiful. Great quality. Looks more expensive for the price. This coat also has some weight to it. Love the length. I’m 5’6 and hits mid calf. I ordered my regular coat size, medium but it was alittle snug in the chest and hip area so I returned it for a large and it fits perfectly. However, if I was to wear a sweater underneath it, it would feel alittle tight and would need an XL. But I don’t plan on wearing a sweater underneath. I also ordered this coat in dark brown. I LOOOOVE this coat! I did not have high expectations when I ordered it but I am IN LOVE with it! It suggested an XL but I ordered a size down because my intention was for cool temps but not winter temps so I knew I wasn’t going to need to wear tons of layers under it. However, I probably still could honestly. I wore it straight out of the package the day it arrived. It wasn’t wrinkly nor smelled odd at all. It’s heavy enough to feel comfortable on, like a mildly weighted blanket, but it’s not thick heavy like a thick winter wool coat. I have it on today over a sweater and boots (in the 40°s today) and the other day I had it on over a skirt, vest, and boots and was perfectly comfortable in 70° evening temps. I’m not sure if all the colors feel like this but the one I got is absolutely amazing! I may order one in another color just to see. The lining is super silky so it slides on and off easily over skin and materials. ... show more

The dark brown trench looks nothing like the photo. The shade of brown is a red brown. Otherwise the fit itself is great. Also slightly stretchy. Size large is true to size. Length is sort of long but in 5’2” and love an extra long coat.
