The media could not be loaded. Works great! Simple setup and sleek design on this model. I’d go through with a wrench and tighten some of the gas fittings inside of it before use. After assembling it, it smelled like it was leaking gas inside of it and even after turning the flame dial off I’d still smell and hear gas flowing. But I did find one loose fitting on the unit. I’d also recommend getting a weather cover for it.

Very happy! I purchased the "Used - Very Good" to save some SS and it was essentially new (and possibly never opened). Works great, and worth the price. Same one for much cheaper than Wayfair and other platforms. I'd recommend supplementing with an additional 5lb of fire glass, and I also purchased the 15x15" glass surround for the wind and more pet friendly for $40 but otherwise great buy as-is.

This fire pit really adds to our outdoor space. I didn't know that I would love it as much as I do. I live in the southern part of the country so sitting outside in the summertime is impossible. This fire pit will extend the spring and fall seasons with a little added ambiance. My husband had it assembled in about 30-40 minutes. He is very mechanical but it did not seem very complicated. We did not have any missing parts. The powder coated finish should add to the rust resistance and added longevity of this item. The tile inserts and the glass rocks make this thing look really upscale. We had priced fire pits locally and one equivalent to this was more than double the price and out of the price range that I was willing to pay. This is an excellent value for the price and really takes our patio to whole other level. Buy it, you won't be diappointed.

The media could not be loaded. I still think this is a good table fireplace, but after some serious stormy and windy weather. I did have it covered. I have noticed a tiny rust spot developing on one side by the glass rocks. I'm disappointed in that. I think I can fix it, but that pit part should be rust proof. I changed the rating from 5 to 4. I do enjoy it and it has worked very well. After looking at all of the fire tables that were the 30"X30" I needed for my patio, I chose this one for the following reasons: 1. powder coated metal. 2. rust resistant. 3. no lava rocks. (Lava rocks explode when they are wet and then heat up.) 4. ceramic tile adds interest, is durable, and is easy to clean. 5. slats are open so there is no worry about any accidental gas build up. 6. cover included 7. and most importantly - igniter and power knob are inside the door and not outside. This is a great safety feature if you have kids or grand-kids. Out of sight, out of mind. Assembly is easier with two people. I did it by myself. It took more than the 30 minutes it would if 2 people assemble it. I had some difficulty with it because I didn't have another pair of hands holding the sides for me when having to screw the sides together, even so it's easy to assemble. I'm enjoying it very much! It delivers exceptionally well on the aesthetics, the adjustable heat output, the safety, easy cleaning, and the construction is solid. My only disappointment is the powder coating on the cover was scratched a bit by a ceramic flower pot I had on top of it when the fire table was being used without the fire. I recommend it! Love it! Mine's a keeper!

As advertised. Instructions where clear and precise . It took a little over an hour to assemble. You will have to rent or purchase a propane bottle. Upon installing a AAA battery into the starter button and mounting the propane bottle underneath the tabletop Lighting the burner was easy. Just remember to press in the control knob in while pushing the igniter button once the flame iite hold that button in for at lease a few seconds then release the button and select your desired flame output.

Product was damaged when arrived.. the lid has a huge crease with small hole. I tried contacting them with no response! After I assembled the legs and side walls the unit looked nice. I added my propane tank and couldn’t get it to light. I could hear the propane coming out and igniter sparking but no flame. After trying to get it lit for over 30 minutes I gave up. The next day I tried again… I noticed the feeder tube that suppose to go into the part that feeds the propane to the ring was not in the whole, (attached pic of how it supposed to be)so propane was just freely going into the air, major problem! After I got feeder tube into whole it lit right away!!! So now I have a nice looking firepit with a lid that doesn’t look good! I actually tried to return it but it said the seller would contact me within 48hrs, that was a week ago.

Looks great and the fire is amazing. From the “low key” setting to the ring of fire! I did buy an extra bag of stone to complete the look. The product looks great but is a bit wobbly and lacks sturdiness like our older one. The size is great. I am glad I bought it on sale! All in all, it creates a great ambiance and that’s what I purchased it for.
