Rack is well built for 2 120-150lb ebikes. Easy to assemble and use. Sue from rhis company has been extremely helpful. Thank you Sue!!! Its also the only 300lb rated evike rack for two bikes thats under 300 dollars. Most are either rated for 100- 200lbs or theyre for motorcycles and rated at 600lbs. So if you have heavier ebikes this is the beat rack available!!!

Fabulous customer service! When installing, the bolt holes did not line up, so I needed to take a metal drill and adjust those. On my very first drive, which was only 10 miles, the seat post cap fell off and the ratchet straps would not open to unfasten the bike tire, but I was well taken care of by Sue in customer service. Very quick responses. She sent out the lost and broken parts. It is a heavy rack, not easy for me to lift alone and I am pretty strong, but the company has had very good communication, and it does seem pretty solid to carry my 60-pound bike. Used the rack many times now. I am 5'2" and 112 lbs. I can lift and lower the rack and load and unload my bike without any assistance. Thank you again Sue for all of your help. :)

The two mounting brackets did NOT account for the plastic spacers on the four mounting rods. I had to grind down the upright bike supports. I had to vice open the rack mount supports. One of the front bike tire supports bolts was not threaded to end. Had to find and purchase an equivalent bolt and nut. Directions were good, relatively ease to understand and assemble except for previous issues. Oh the box was broken and a safety nut fell out at time of delivery . Where my credit for addition work and parts?

The media could not be loaded. I bought this rack to carry my regular bike, but I love that it also works perfectly for e-bikes, fat bikes, or any heavier bicycles. The build feels super strong and stable—nothing shifts or rattles while driving. We installed it on an SUV and it fit without any issues. It looks solid and well-made, with good quality finishes that give it a professional appearance. The included ramp is a big plus—it makes loading the bike so much easier without having to lift it. I also like that it fits wide tires and comes with securing straps and an adjustable arm that keeps everything firmly in place, which gives me peace of mind during transport. Read the weight of the item before ordering. I knew what I was getting and have extremely happy with the carrier. I haul 2 80 lb. E-bikes with 4" wide tires. This carrier works just fine. You will need an extender to run the carrier behind a jeep with an external spare tire. But my pick up works just fine. The receiver has a bolt and threaded nut assembly built in. If you have a 2 layer receiver, like my Rivian truck does, this bolt will be too short and you will need to purchase a 25mm longer bolt to add the exterior security nut on it. I am happy with the rack and it works excellent for freeway/street transport. Using the rack for rugged roads/off road, I brace it with a strap to my truck bed tie downs for added security. And it has no issues. Great product overall and it only took 45 minutes to assemble, using basic hand tools if you don't use the supplied wrenches.

The first time i used it, the vertical support bar bent then the strap holding bike to vertical support broke. Bike nearly fell off while driving. 300 pound load is a joke. This was one bike, 90 pounds. Hoping to get my money back because I could never trust it again.
