The media could not be loaded. I bought this rack to carry my regular bike, but I love that it also works perfectly for e-bikes, fat bikes, or any heavier bicycles. The build feels super strong and stable—nothing shifts or rattles while driving. We installed it on an SUV and it fit without any issues. It looks solid and well-made, with good quality finishes that give it a professional appearance. The included ramp is a big plus—it makes loading the bike so much easier without having to lift it. I also like that it fits wide tires and comes with securing straps and an adjustable arm that keeps everything firmly in place, which gives me peace of mind during transport. This a decent Ebike Carrier with ramp. Little heavy but sturdy with multiple tie down points. After about 2 months the screw heads and metal show signs of rusting. The nuts on ramp have popped out and ramp cannot be attached to carrier. The fold down center posts only have 1 bolt and do not hold in place. I tried to tighten but the square tubing bent. Good idea, just needs better material and an added removable pin to bottom of center post.

Fabulous customer service! When installing, the bolt holes did not line up, so I needed to take a metal drill and adjust those. On my very first drive, which was only 10 miles, the seat post cap fell off and the ratchet straps would not open to unfasten the bike tire, but I was well taken care of by Sue in customer service. Very quick responses. She sent out the lost and broken parts. It is a heavy rack, not easy for me to lift alone and I am pretty strong, but the company has had very good communication, and it does seem pretty solid to carry my 60-pound bike. Used the rack many times now. I am 5'2" and 112 lbs. I can lift and lower the rack and load and unload my bike without any assistance. Thank you again Sue for all of your help. :)

Bike rack was strong and a little too heavy to maneuver, the biggest problem is the cotter pin to bring the unit closed or opened. It doesn’t’ line up properly and it is a pain to get the cotter pin in the hole, not a great design.

This is a great Ebike rack. Easy to put together and heavy duty rack. The ramp helps a lot to load the bikes on the rack. Once loaded the rack with the two bikes is solid and doesn’t sway when you’re driving.

When we received the box it look like it had been opened and possible returned. As my husband built the rack, there were screws missing. One of the "arms" that holds the front time was put together wrong. After many customer service emails with the address provided on the directions and with the amazon contact and receiving no response from any emails, we fabricated and drilled new holes. Got the rack together, loaded the bikes and took our first trip. I really like the security of the rack with our ebikes with fat tires. This trip was a great success. 2nd trip with the rack on the back of our camper was not so good. Both of the upright bars bent and our bikes were leaning over. To get the bikes home, we used tie downs to help keep the bikes upright and safe. Back to the fabrication process for this rack since no one will return emails POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is my rating!
