I picked up this arm trainer to add something new to my workouts, and it’s definitely been worth it. The build quality is solid, and it really hits the chest, shoulders, and arms in a way that feels different from my usual routine. Every rep feels intense, and it’s great for breaking through plateaus. One thing to note: this is not for beginners. The resistance is very tight, and it takes a good amount of existing strength just to move it, let alone keep up for multiple sets. Even though I already train regularly, I was surprised at how tough it was to control and maintain good form at first. If you’re new to working out, this might be discouraging, but if you already have some strength and want a serious challenge, this trainer delivers. It’s tough, effective, and leaves my upper body burning in the best way.

I bought this for my son. He is trying to get in shape and change a few things and he loves this. It takes some real arm strength to move this thing lol I know I tried. But it’s meant to build your upper body and that’s just what it will do!
