Got this BMX for my son's 11th birthday. It arrived undamaged and was easy to assemble. The features for the price cannot be beat... gyro, 3 piece cranks, plus front and rear pegs. My son loves it! It was missing the bar pad, and a quick call to Eastern they shipped one out the same day and included a few other goodies. Their customer service is excellent! Best BMX on Amazon for $300, my son loves it! ... show more

This bike was a piece of garbage feom the start.All the bolts were just sticking out the box wich was literally destroyed by the time I got it.I put up with it being scratched up.The seat couldn't even set on because it was unajustable.The crank literally went out a month and a half in.The damned bike won't even peddle after spending $400+ on it.This bike is trash.And I can't return it or even get a response from the distributor.I would never recommend Eastern bikes to anyone.Their trash and the people selling them knows it.👎👎👎👎 ... show more

Got for my son's 11th Bday. The bike definitely looks cool. The non-adjustable seat is a negative. I ended up switching it out with my son's old bike seat. There were a handful of missing parts (nuts mostly). Luckily I was able to poach those as well with parts from an older bike. The manual is global for Eastern, meaning it's for all their bike models. Setup up is a little confusing since the steps may or may not match your model. For example, some parts may already be installed, or not apply to your model. Some adjustments you'll have to fiddle with and work through on your own. I have some experience working on bikes so this wasn't a huge deal, but I could see it being an issue for others. ... show more

The bike chain broke the first 5 minutes of riding it and the tires leaked. I'm still waiting on a refund that was supposed to be processed on Feb 29 2024.
