I have been riding the V12HT for 3 years now and I was very excited when I saw they released a similar wheel with suspension. Pros: Suspension is awesome!! Screen is really nice! Peddles are very grippy. Lights are cool. This wheel is very cool and I can’t wait to break it in properly over the next couple of weeks. Only thing I didn’t realize is the bigger size and weight of this wheel compared to the V12HT. (Not an issue just something I have to get used to) (I am also very happy they kept the same trolly handle because I was able to transfer my seat over to my new wheel. Bought from INMOTION 2 times now 1st for the V12HT and now for the V12S both experiences have been wonderful. They are quick to answer phone calls and answer questions they are also very good about shipping the wheel safely and quickly. I am very happy with INMOTION and the wheels they make. Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s a really bad product from really bad company and they don’t support any of their products once you buy it. They’ll promise you refund if you have defective unit and then they will never give you your money back.

This wheel is the future! The suspension is incredible. This will be my mid range last mile mobile. I can easily lift it into my trunk.
