I have been riding the V12HT for 3 years now and I was very excited when I saw they released a similar wheel with suspension. Pros: Suspension is awesome!! Screen is really nice! Peddles are very grippy. Lights are cool. This wheel is very cool and I can’t wait to break it in properly over the next couple of weeks. Only thing I didn’t realize is the bigger size and weight of this wheel compared to the V12HT. (Not an issue just something I have to get used to) (I am also very happy they kept the same trolly handle because I was able to transfer my seat over to my new wheel. Bought from INMOTION 2 times now 1st for the V12HT and now for the V12S both experiences have been wonderful. They are quick to answer phone calls and answer questions they are also very good about shipping the wheel safely and quickly. I am very happy with INMOTION and the wheels they make.     • Not bad
Solid EUC, but it does not come with a seat, or a trolley. The speaker is fairly loud, but still leaves a lot to be desired. The battery life is less than average, compared to my begode master. I liked that I could adjust the pads to my riding style.

Absolutely love my v12S! It took me much more time to get the hang of riding it vs my V8S and my legacy V3. But this thing can ride! Bumps are absolutely positively, no problem! Hitting a speed bump at 25mph is like a car. My max speed so far has been 30.2mph with a bit of “death wobbles” but I had not fallen off. Watch as many videos as you can and spend an hour getting on and off the thing. Every minute you practice and ride the better you will get. So far I have ridden 50 miles on it. Usually 10-15 miles at a time. Range is fantastic. I weight 160 and am 6ft so this machine is half of my weight. It is HEAVY! But once you get the hang of it it feels like 45 pound machine. I highly highly highly recommend starting with a v8s or v9 and get the hang of something without a suspension first. Reason being you need to learn how to become part of the wheel. It makes you appreciate the v12s suspension even more. Anyway priced right quality is incredible. App is ok at best. The look is really cool, lights are useful at night. Speakers are decent. Screen is bright and very useful. Especially because the app is just ok. The thing makes me feel like a kid again and I am 34. I look forward to exploring the earth in ways my younger self would be screaming with joy for. Wear protective gear, this machine is stronger than you. This wheel is the future! The suspension is incredible. This will be my mid range last mile mobile. I can easily lift it into my trunk.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It’s a really bad product from really bad company and they don’t support any of their products once you buy it. They’ll promise you refund if you have defective unit and then they will never give you your money back.
