I bought this item for my Ninja Blender six months ago and it worked ok for the first few months. Then it started to be very noisy when using the blender, the started to leak a brown material and noticed it was not spinning properly or easily as it was supposed to be. I stopped using it. I recently checked the reviews and found that I am not the only one experiencing this. I took the time to crack and open this object and found rust inside. Stay away from this one.

Mine broke on my Ninja blender. I didn’t know if it was the blender or the blade - turned out it was the blade. This new one works great!

I Didn't realize how bad my old one was performing until using this one. My old one looked ok to me but it started making some extra noise when used so I replaced it. Wish I would have bought this a long time ago. This one operates nice and quiet, comparitively.

Not as good as the original one as it doesn't fully blend the ice it seems. But it works.

When I first bought this item it worked fine. However after a few months the top of the blade started leaking oil. I am not sure what the return policy is or what the warranty is on this product. Over the years I've purchased three of these and within a few months all of them had the same problem. I would really love to get one that works well for longer period of time.

It does a great job of chopping up the fruits I put in my mega(MEGA, with an E!) smoothie. It gets them to the consistency that I like, and it only takes a few minutes. My only issue is that I have had two of them previously to freeze up and refuse to turn. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or not, but it’s probably a good idea to make sure it’s thoroughly dried after washing. All in all, I’m satisfied with the product.
