Edited-East Oak once again stood behind their product and provided the necessary parts to make this deflector work without damaging the heater itself. 100% recommend East Oak as a company! This side deflector is way too heavy for the thin top reflector. After less than 1 week of use, the top of my heater is now sagging and the side deflector now deflects upward rendering the side deflector useless. Needs a heavy duty support of some sort to keep the bending from happening due to the weight of this on the out edge of the top deflector. Removed this thing and bought one that attaches closer to the body of the heater so it doesn’t bend the top deflector any more severely than it already is. ... show more

So far so good. We aren’t using the “feet” to mount the heater but did add the water and sand weight accessory off their store and installed. Note- slide the propane tank out, tilt the heater to an angle and install the Weight with bolts and nuts with a screwdriver or long socket to make that easier. The heater is great so far but if you can use a 20 pound instead of a 15 you will get longer use with it. ***if you have a screw on propane gauge you won’t be able to slide the cover down and over with the way the hose is**. You can go through the upper hole on the cover however and fish it back through. ... show more
