    • Battery Life Isn't Fantastic
4 stars just because the battery life isn't great. I don't like to leave things like this plugged in all the time because I feel like it kills the battery faster. But either way, on a full charge, it's not going to do tough areas for very long. It's like if you need to push the attachment all the way down for a secure suction seal to get things up, don't expect to do that longer than 20 minutes. If you're doing this is lightly soiled areas or quick jobs, worth it. My dogs like to shred toys and this sucks up all the random fluff pieces that my Roomba won't grab. ... show more

    • Good for small jobs and great for fur and litter scatter
I love having this to clean up dog fur quickly. Our dog loves to leave fur on our couch so this is perfect for quickly cleaning of the couch without having to lug out the big upright and finding the right attachment. I also love using for any litter scatter our cat has left near her box. It is also great for the car. I live in an apartment and don't have good access to a shop vac for cleaning the car out, so this is pretty handy for that as well. A couple things to note. 1) The battery life is such that this vacuum is really only useful for pretty small jobs. I tend to use it on the max suction so the battery life is not terribly long. I haven't timed it, but I'd be surprised if I got 10-15 minutes of straight vacuuming using the max setting. This isn't usually a problem because I use it for quick spot cleaning most of the time, but if I'm trying to do a more full on car cleaning, I can definitely expect it to give out before I've fully completed the job. I think you can buy a car charging accessory separately so that may be useful, but I have not used that. You should not buy this if you intend to use it for vacuuming a whole room or apartment. 2) Because this is a small handheld vacuum, you'll probably use it for some hard to reach places. I've noticed that if you hold the vacuum any way except horizontally, the contents that have been sucked up rattle and fly around the container. I'm not sure if this is actually a problem for the machine, but it is a little annoying to hear little rocks and things flying around inside the dust receptacle. Other than that, this is a really great machine for small cleanups and cleaning in places without an outlet. It does a great job collecting fur with the spinning brush attachment and is great for hard to reach places. I thought I loved this thing the first year. It was kind of great. As time went on (regular cleanings) I started to notice the flaws. Annoying to clean (3 girls, 2 small and not very hairy dogs), hair in roller was a pain to remove. The WORST thing about this is I'm right handed and when vacuuming the air exhaust shoots AT YOU, so you basically smell all the dust and anything you're picking up. Emptying the main part is fine, no issues there, doesn't hold much but as long as you regularly empty every few times it's ok. After a year and a half the battery cr@pp3d out where we had to constantly charge it and it would run for 15-30 minutes. Low suction is pointless, only works on "max". All in all, I would not recommend this to anyone unless it was $125 and you don't expect it to last past a 1.5 years. I'm on year 3 and I tolerate it only because I paid $200+ for it. So big & clunky, not strong enough and a pain to maintain. Other handvacs are cheaper, easier to maneuver around, longer lasting / better battery, don't throw the dust into your face as you're cleaning and take up a whole corner to store accessories. That is MY opinion, maybe those without kids or 2 lil-not-hairy dogs or with a small apartment or just for a car will get more use out of this.     • Incredibly convenient if you have dogs
I originally bought this ($169.99, 02/2020) because I wanted a convenient vacuum as I had a dog living in my 1 bedroom apartment and didn’t want to get the corded vacuum out every time I saw some hair on the ground. Two years later, it has been one of my favorite purchases. This, with an aftermarket hose/extension, makes this incredibly convenient for my purpose. It’s not a floor vacuum, by any means, so don’t purchase it for that purpose. Instead, it’s convenient for hair, cleaning corners/edges, and other small items. The suction is good enough for its purpose, but it’s definitely no shopvac when trying to use it on my car - though it is ~somewhat~ useful for that purpose. Having it mounted to the wall in a convenient location like the kitchen is ideal, and takes 5 seconds to grab it, clean up that stray wad of hair, and put it back. The wall mount is somewhat flimsy due the fact that it only uses two screws mounted down the centerline, allowing the edges and corners some play. I reinforced the back by cutting some custom shaped wood pieces and gluing them to the back with plastic glue and CA glue. Overall, 10/10 would recommend (at least for the price I got it for off of Amazon) ... show more
