    • DONT BUY=GARBAGE. NO SUCTION
This is the first Dyson ive gotten that i didnt love. I thought id spend the extra & try a stick/cordless. It is garbage. Im not sure wherw they went wrong but it has NO power. No suction. @ first i thought i was doing something wrong. I had to return. It has a special adapter for vacuuming dog hair but it wont even pick it up. ... show more

Worked great for a whole hour then stopped. After talking to customer service at Dyson they said it was a head failure and will send out a new one 5-7 days for delivery. When i did work i was impressed and the dump feature works pretty good. Cant say much about the battery since the thing died after the first use. Not real happy spending $700 buck and it died after the first use. ... show more

    • Very strong but heavy vacuum with good battery life, with some room for improvements
Impressive power for a handheld vacuum – very good battery life on a single charge, many included attachments and space for a lot of dust/things so emptying is not required too often. The laser light is very useful to visualize and detect all the dust/dirt that is left. The biggest issues are that it is quite heavy and there's no toggle mode for the vacuum – so the button has to be pushed the entire time while using it, which is inconvenient for longer runs. Also, there isn't really any way to view the current charge level unless you plug it in (or it's very hidden?). The build quality and plastic used is good but might not feel as premium as the (regular) price of these would suggest... Build quality-wise it is not much different from way cheaper options – but the power and battery lifetime makes the difference! I bought it refurbished, but I don't think it would be worth the price tag of $700+. ... show more

    • Works for ... 2 months. then it brakes.
good vac... BUT in less than 3 months the canister red ring broke. no repair, NO PARTS to repair... this machine is good BUT does NOT LAST. less than 90 days it's broken... so maybe 50 uses and a $700 machine is usesless.
