    • Refurb or Factory Second?
The system appears to be brand new and unused. I believe it was not used, but is a factory second because of some cosmetic inconsistencies on the hand-held unit. The underlying grey film seems to be inconsistently applied. The battery was very low, so it only ran on mid-setting for about 30 seconds. I had earlier swept a week's worth of kitchen floor crud into a pile, which the new V11 ravenously sucked up. It also sucked clean my entry way door mat which had lots of dirt, dried mud and other mess from recent storm. So far, I give this package a 10 for the quality and vast assortment of useful tools. I have 2 cats and a dog. This vacuum and the 2 I had before have been fantastic. I purchased other brands that seem like Dyson, but they never have the powerful suck and reliability. I got it cheaper because it was refurbished. Everything works and seems new.

This is my 3rd Dyson. Batteries were dying constantly on my first two. These one is holding up well and it came with all attachments. My last one didn’t. Packaged well arrived on time.

As described in the description. Seem very new, no sign of previous use. Like new. The function of the machine itself is also very good. Nice product overall.
