    • It make vacuum fun because it works!!!
I love Dyson I bought another brand foolishly and two months later I bought the Dyson. It is so worth it

    • Power and cordless, too
It's a bit heavy and, as others have said, the trigger has to be pushed to run which gets tiring. It's also easy to push the trigger when not meaning to so I have to get used to how to hold it without touching the trigger. I'm getting used to it and I love it. It has the power and still it's cordless; I find that outstanding. ... show more

    • Heavy but worth it for the quicker vacuuming time. The width is wonderful.
Okay, it is a little heavy and may not be the best for a small apartment. On the contrary, if you have a larger home and dislike spending valuable time with a vacuum that only covers a few inches at a time, the Outsize is for you. The extra width makes it the next-best thing for the riding vacuum of my dreams. I purchased my Outsize refurbished with some hesitation. It arrived looking brand new with no signs of wear. I will gladly accept the extra weight for a shorter vacuuming time. By the way, the battery easily handles the 1500 square feet before running low. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money!
Buyer beware!! I had an OEM version of this vacuum cleaner and absolutely loved it. When it eventually broke, I liked it so much that I decided to purchase a refurbished one rather than switch to a different vacuum. Unfortunately, the quality of this refurbished vacuum is unbelievably low. I honestly have no idea where they sourced the parts used to refurbish it. None of the parts from my original OEM vacuum are compatible with this one. The vacuum itself also broke almost immediately. Thankfully, I had purchased the extended protection plan specifically in case something like this happened. I filed a claim, and they told me to send the vacuum back and they would refund me $300, which was my original purchase price, so I could buy another one. The problem is that this vacuum has since gone up $100 in price. So instead of taking the $300 and being forced to spend another $100 to replace it, I decided to try to repair this one myself. That turned out to be nearly impossible. Once again, none of the OEM parts are compatible with this vacuum, and I can't even find aftermarket parts that will fit it. I loved the original OEM vacuum, but this refurbished version is completely different in terms of quality and compatibility. I feel like I wasted my money on a vacuum that can't even be properly repaired or maintained with readily available parts. I would absolutely recommend staying away from this refurbished version. ... show more

    • Arrived dented but functional
Review Image by Southern Cookie
Received the vacuum today. works great, but the red tube has two good dents in it. Not sure if that compromises the tube strength. Disappointed. Seemed to be packed well so may have been packed in that condition. Otherwise it seems to be exactly what I wanted. It is not that much heavier than other Dyson models but the bin is over twice the size and that will really help in my house. It was easy to use, powerful, and a decent price for this sort of power. ... show more

    • Good suction doesn’t pick up raised items
This is nice for hard floors however it does not pick up anything that is raised of the floor such as a Rice Krispie.

    • That it is a prof model
This performs so much better than expected. I did not realize that it was a professional model when I bought it. Worth every penny I paid for it. It so far exceeds every other vacuumed that we have ever had.

    • Can't tell it's a refurb
My second refurbed Dyson, I am very pleased. This is HUGE and powerful and seems brand new. My first one I have demoted to the cat litter Dyson.
