  • MAKES INVISIBLE STAINS VISIBLE - A precisely aligned high contrast green beam makes invisible stains visible. High contrast green illumination works with the HD camera + Ai to identify spills and stains. Returns to stubborn stains up to 15 times, to clean again and again, ensuring they're cleaned properly.1
  • WET AND DRY CLEANING WITH ADAPTABLE SUCTION - When the machine moves across rugs and carpets, the microfiber wet roller will lift. Suction power will adapt to optimize debris pick up, delivering up to 18,000PA on carpets.
  • SELF-CLEANING WET ROLLER THAT CLEANS TO THE EDGE - Dirty water is removed and clean water applied on every rotation, so only clean water touches your floors. The microfiber wet roller extends to clean to the edge of the room. Dual side sweepers push dirt and debris to the all-floors silicone brushbar.
  • BAGLESS SELF-EMPTYING AND SELF-FILLING - A hygienic automated dock self empties, self cleans, refills and recharges your robot. The cyclonic bin stores dry dirt up to 100 days.2 Hygienically empties dry debris using powerful Dyson cyclones, removing the need for bags and preventing your robot from losing suction power.3
  • CUSTOMIZE YOUR CLEANING - Set customizable cleaning schedules and areas. Or quickly auto-map your home using the robot's LiDAR technology. Labels will be applied based on room features in the MyDyson app.

Description

Dyson Spot+Scrub™ Ai wet and dry robot vacuum cleaner eliminates hidden stains using advanced Ai.¹ Hygienically. The HD camera + Ai intelligence identify spills and stains, adapts 18,000 PA of suction power to clear the mess, and returns again and again to ensure a proper clean.¹ Unlike robot vacuums with spinning pads that can spread grime because they scrub without fully lifting debris, the Dyson Spot+Scrub™ Ai robot's extendable self-cleaning roller washes itself as it goes – washing with clean water from start to finish even along edges or in corners. On every rotation, dirt is extracted before the roller is evenly hydrated. For a better, smear free finish. Dyson’s hygienic cyclonic dock self-empties, self-cleans, refills and recharges. Control and customize your clean with the MyDyson™ app and to receive regular software updates that improve performance.¹AI verification is within the defined parameter. Results may vary depending on the type of stains.²Based on Dyson internal test data. Actual duration may vary based on cleaning habits, usage frequency, debris and floor surface.³Emptying station suction tested in Dyson laboratory to Dyson test protocol.⁴Real world performance may vary depending on usage and environment condition.⁵Suction pressure increases when transition from hard floor to carpet in Auto mode. Performance may vary depending on the mode and floor surface.⁶Filtration efficiency tested to EN 1822-1: 2019 High efficiency air filters - Part 1 and EN ISO 29463-3: 2018 High-efficiency filters and filter media for removing particles in air - Part 3.

  • I returned it!!!
I have had my own robot wars going on. If there is a robot out there, I’ve tried it. Ones the mop and ones that don’t. I am a Dyson customer through and through. It is true what they say, that cannot get under builder grade cabinets. That I could deal with but the SIDE SWEEPERS…. GET STUCK ON NOTHING. I ran it last night while I slept and it did not keep me awake. The vacuum is on the main floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. A single story home, I’m pretty sure you would hear it, but you would hear every vacuum. It mapped my house very easily. It allows you to divide rooms and add keep out zones. While vacuuming, it will identify and mark on your map any area that might have cords, overly dirty areas or obstacles. It did not like my doormats so I order another one that is not high. The ones I had were the little finger style but it still needs the setting to climb over flat ones. It does well over my area rug in my office and actually cleaned it better than the NAV 360. However, it gets stuck on my living room carpet on nothing. The side brushes tangle in themselves. That pauses the clean and I wake up to it not having completed. You can remove the side bruses and solve the problem but why bother wheny qrevo does a better job. I waited for the price to drop $350 down from the $1200 price tag. Its ok but Dyson is not in the robot war anymore. ... show more

  • Bulky base, but vacuums okay and does a nice job mopping
I've never been too impressed by robovacs and robomops. They're fine in a pinch, but never great at getting corners or by wall and furniture surfaces, and it anything, I can at least get better results by sweeping those corners and wall/furniture areas before running a robovac. Robomops I've used in the past have been a good help when I don't have time or energy to clean the floors manually, but I always end up thinking I could have done a better job. So, it's a trade-off. The Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai arrived in a gigantic box, and I soon learned it was because of the massive base station. I have a pretty small house, so I was concerned about even being able to use this thing, but I was able to clear just enough area to get it plugged in and charging. I picked up some Bona floor cleaner and diluted that for the cleaning solution. The vacuuming performance is pretty good as robovacs go. It gets most of the dust/dirt/hair etc and does a nice job of avoiding obstacles. It still doesn't solve the corners problem, but it's good enough for a quick tidy and seems to have decent suction. The dustbin is very large and clear, so you can see when it needs to be emptied, and the unit returns itself to the base station as needed to empty its container. I appreciate that there are no bags that need to be changed. The mop does a nice job on the floors. It does a bit better than the vacuum at the corners, and my floors always look much better after using it. The app is pretty easy to use, and the mapping feature comes in handy for selecting specific areas to target. The robo really knows its way around my home now and does pretty well mobility wise, although sometimes I have to give it a bit of a nudge to get over the threshold to my kitchen. Overall, this is the best robot cleaning device I have tested thus far. It's not Rosie Jetson, but it's the closest to her I've seen yet. ... show more

  • Too expensive
It is not made by Dyson, but Dyson slapped its name on it. It does OK. It could be a hell of a lot better that lives up to the Dyson name. The app is so so a bit glitchy and it does make a good noise level high sound when it’s cleaning it’s good if you have a big area like a basement that is very open plan but it takes forever to do stuff and sometimes it’s better to do vacuum wash then just vacuum or just wash or the other one that’s vacuum then wash because I’ve noticed at times when you select that one it will vacuum the perimeter and then wash the center and that’s completely backwards. It should be vacuum everything and then wash after but like I say the app is a bit funky it could help save time. It is durable in the sense that if you flip it around and check the bottom to clean and check the other undercarriage parts then yeah it won’t really mess up but it’s it’s a big ask for the price. It almost seems like it might be cheaper just to pay someone to come to your house then to have these AI robot vacuums that are out on the market because my experience with these robot vacuums is that they are not reliable and I question long-term use ... show more

  • Bought this robot twice and returned it twice
I bought this robot twice and returned it twice. The first unit had a defective dock station right out of the box. Since the dock would not charge, the robot could not function properly, and the self-emptying features were unusable. For a premium-priced product, that was very disappointing. I decided to give it a second chance and ordered another one. The dock worked this time, but the robot itself performed poorly. The mapping is actually quite good, but the vacuuming performance is not. The suction opening is very narrow, and the side brushes often seem to scatter debris rather than collect it. As a result, it leaves behind a surprising amount of dirt and dust. To make matters worse, the dust bin on the second robot stopped opening on the second try. This made emptying and maintaining the robot frustrating and raised even more concerns about the product’s reliability. I own the previous Dyson robot vacuum and it is excellent. In my experience, the older model still outperforms this new AI mop/vacuum by a wide margin. I was hoping for a significant upgrade, but instead this feels like a product that was released before it was fully refined and tested. For the price, I expected much better quality and performance. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this model. ... show more

  • Best robot
This is by far the best robot vacuum/mop I’ve used. It is being used on porcelain tile floors and leaves them very clean. The APP is easy to use. It is fairly quiet.

  • Don’t bother, manual vacuum would be better
Okay cleaning performance, but I had to replace water containers 5 times for 1 cleaning so there’s no point in owning this. Also, some motor kept running non stop after the first 10 hours and didn’t stop even after I turned off the vacuum.

  • Many issues. Not ready for public release Many issues. Not ready for public release
I am a huge Dyson fan. I own a Dyson Air Purifier and Vacuum, love both. I had very high hopes for this unit and ordered it as soon as it was available. Unfortunately, I am forced to return it. The product is not ready for public release in my opinion. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. Mapping. a. It mapped my patio. I have a sliding glass door which is closed. It mapped the outside area and there is apparently no way to delete a room. b. All map adjustments can only be made on a phone or tablet. It would be massively easier if we could use a PC. The adjustments are far too crude. c. When you separate an area into 2 rooms, there is no way to adjust the rooms. If you wish to move the divided over a few pixels, you need to deleted the room and remake it. There should definitely be a way to EDIT. 2. The unit's self-awareness and AI is terrible. a. My roborock was able to sweep and mop under my kitched cabinets, but the Dyson is about 1/2" too high. That is fine but, on initial mapping it ran into the cabinets literally about 50 times. It tries to reach under the cabinets, cannot, so it moves forward 1/2" then tries again, fails, repeats. I cam out of my room and ran to the kitchen to find out what the banging sound was (see video) b. I had hoped the above issue of running into the cabinets was a one-time issue and the AI would adjust. I was wrong. Every time the unit tries to clean the kitchen, it runs into the cabinets dozens of times. This issue is unacceptable. 3. The main reason I bought this unit, aside from my love for Dyson, was its reported mopping abilities. The UV Light combined with the AI supposedly re-visiting any problem area up to 15 times to clean it were major selling points for me....but it doesn't work, at all. The Dyson missed numerous clear spots on the floor. I was using the maximum mop settings: 3x water usage and 2x mop coverage. I even sent the unit back again, and it failed again. I got out my swiffer and the problem areas were not difficult to clean. 4. The unit got stuck under a table next to my couch. There is plenty of room and there was no reason for it to be stuck, but it stopped and the app notified me it was stuck. See the two pictures. The first pic is where it was stuck. The second pic is where I moved it to. There is no reason for it to have been stuck. I am disappointed this unit worked so poorly. I feel the product launch was either rushed or this is not a Dyson product but rather a generic robot vacuum with the Dyson name added. ... show more
