it works well. I only wish the bar in the middle was more adjustable. I just got td17kxv Vdrums. the cymbal stand & the second drum pedal sit almost on top of each other. hard to manipulate. took me a youtube video to figure out how to adjust the tension..other than that, it works as it should.

Great double pedal for the money, great seller (arrived early). Pedal performs well, smooth and responsive. Does what I want. I have played for decades on my double base sets and bought this to use when traveling and don’t want to take 2 full sets. Only criticism is the left pedal does move / vibrate a bit and that’s expected as it’s not connected or stabilized by second base. Not deal breaker but experienced double base players should be aware. Overall very happy with it. ... show more

Bought this for my 16 yr old son end of July. He loves it..BUT..this stupid piece keeps coming apart! He keeps "fixing" it but I think we'll have to replace the part because that little pin keeps working its way out as he plays. Annoying to pay this much for something that won't stay together. Otherwise..it sounds great and he loves having a double pedal. ... show more

I was a bit skeptical when I saw the average price of a double kick pedal hovering around twice what the Iron Cobra 200 cost. After a few months of use with my TD11KV, I haven't got a single complaint. I initially thought they were a bit loose and floppy but that was just me neglecting to raise the tension on the pedals, once you tighten the springs they become snappy and agile. They squeak a bit, but not to the point where you'll ever hear it over your drums, and it could probably be remedied with lubrication if I cared enough to fix it.
