I'm not going to leave a poor review because I'm sure the REAL product is great. But think twice before buying the "Used but in like new condition, just not in original packaging" option. The item I received was in a resealed Tama box with a Tama user manual but incuded knockoff hardware. it works well. I only wish the bar in the middle was more adjustable. I just got td17kxv Vdrums. the cymbal stand & the second drum pedal sit almost on top of each other. hard to manipulate. took me a youtube video to figure out how to adjust the tension..other than that, it works as it should.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw the average price of a double kick pedal hovering around twice what the Iron Cobra 200 cost. After a few months of use with my TD11KV, I haven't got a single complaint. I initially thought they were a bit loose and floppy but that was just me neglecting to raise the tension on the pedals, once you tighten the springs they become snappy and agile. They squeak a bit, but not to the point where you'll ever hear it over your drums, and it could probably be remedied with lubrication if I cared enough to fix it. Bought this for my 16 yr old son end of July. He loves it..BUT..this stupid piece keeps coming apart! He keeps "fixing" it but I think we'll have to replace the part because that little pin keeps working its way out as he plays. Annoying to pay this much for something that won't stay together. Otherwise..it sounds great and he loves having a double pedal. ... show more

These ate by far the best pedals i have ever used. The loose defauly tention makes blast beats and 16th notes easy to play. It also makes it easier to perform double bass techniques with one pedal. They have really great striking power and great recoil. I would 100% by this again.
