Reliable uv printing machine
Color: Black
Set name: A3 UV Printer+Laptop
This machine prints very nicely on both stretched canvasses and tumblers using uv ink, however the uv ink does not adhered to glossy material, it has the tendency to bubble and peel off, you must use a coated tumbler for the best result. The only issue I have encountered with this purchase has been trying to get the company to resupply me with the two year free ink it promised. I hope that this issue will be resolved soon.

Great printer, great customer service all worked as expected
Color: Black
Set name: A3 UV Printer+Laptop
I've been very happy with the printer it functions like it should and it is simple enough to use once you follow the setup directions. I even reached out to support and received really good directions for the information I wanted. I had tried a smaller printer from another brand and had not received a good of service. The printer always seemed to have problems with the white, this printer on the other hand I have left for 5 plus days and I do the deep clean and like magic it works. The one thing I wish is the software had a few more options it is pretty basic. I have put it through it's paces I have printed direct on a 12x20 birch board for lasering, a few plastic can style tumblers, and tried stickers, again the printing was great my a b film choice not so much. I also printed on leather note books. At first the color didn't seem great but played with the color settings in my graphic design program, the icc profile on the pc and the ink values and now it is great probably my monitor isn't set right and the whole learning process.

I ordered a DTF printer from DXZ and the customer support is so fantastic and the machine works amazing I went ahead and ordered a DXZ A3 UV printer. I have to say that I 100 percent recommend this company and their products. You will not be disappointed. They go above and beyond for their customers. Not at all like their competitors that you can never get in touch with.

Great printer with great customer service!
Color: Black
Set name: A3 UV Printer+Laptop
The printer arrived quickly and was very nicely packaged. The quality of the print projects have been very nice. We have printed on wood and foam board so far. Customer service was great walking us through the process of setting it up. They were even able to remote in and show us remotely.

This is my second time repurchasing, and it still hasn't let me down.
Color: Black
Set name: New A4 UV Printer
I bought a DTF printer from them before, and it's been nearly a year now—very stable, no major issues, and the print quality has been great. With that machine, my small business gradually took off, and orders kept increasing. So when I needed to add a UV printer this time, I went back to them without a second thought. I'm already familiar with their equipment and after-sales process, so I felt confident. When the new machine arrived, their engineer helped with the setup again, and the process went smoothly. Having some experience from using the DTF printer, this time I got up to speed much faster. I did run into a small issue with color settings, but after asking, it was quickly resolved. Now both machines are running—DTF handles the old orders and UV takes on new jobs. It's busy, but I feel secure. I really appreciate their ongoing support—they always have my back when any issue comes up. Reliable machines and reliable people—that's what matters most for a small workshop like mine.
