This printer is very highly capable of to execute any design and print you would want. I couldn’t be any more pleased with the consistent results I get for my prints. 100 percent recommend!! This is the second printer I bought from DXZ and will continue to use their products, not just for ease of use, but bc their customer support is beyond any expectations. Though typically late at night for central time, I definitely make the time for them considering how long they have helped me correct my faults.

It took me about a week to open it. After opening it, I spent about 2 days getting it working. Since their customer service is overseas, it's best to contact them after 10 pm. The printer is excellent for a beginner, but I should have opted for an A3 printer instead of the A4. I have made it work for me. I still haven't received my heat press, and the company is not responding to me. That is why the two stars
