I received the printer quickly, and the initial setup process was much easier than I expected. After receiving the printer, I contacted the support team, and they connected remotely through TeamViewer to install the RIIN RIP software and print manager. The software is straightforward and easy to learn, even for someone new to DTF printing. The support team communicates through WhatsApp and provides detailed video instructions for every step of the setup process. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and willing to answer questions. Their technical support was one of the strongest parts of the overall experience. I've already completed several prints, and the image quality is fantastic. Colors are vibrant, details are sharp, and the transfers look professional on finished garments. Pros ✅ Excellent print quality ✅ Easy-to-use software ✅ Maintenance is fairly straightforward ✅ Responsive and knowledgeable technical support ✅ Friendly customer service through WhatsApp ✅ Fast shipping Cons ⚠️ The printer arrived with the scraper slightly misaligned. This caused white ink buildup and a clog shortly after the first few prints. Fortunately, support helped me resolve the issue, but it would have been better if this had been properly adjusted before shipping. ⚠️ Product description clarity could be improved. One of the main reasons I purchased this package was because it was advertised as including: Shaker Oven Air Purifier F1080 Print Head However, what I received was: An oven only (not a shaker oven) A side exhaust fan instead of what I would consider an air purifier An XP600 print head instead of the F1080 I expected These features were important factors in my buying decision. After filling the system with ink and completing setup, returning the machine was not a practical option. To the seller's credit, they did provide additional ink and transfer film to compensate for the misunderstanding, which I appreciated. However, if I want to add a shaker and proper purifier now, it will likely cost another $600-$1,000 depending on which solution I choose. Final Thoughts Despite the issues with the product description, I have decided to keep the printer because the print quality is excellent and the support team has been very helpful throughout the process. My advice to future buyers is simple: ask detailed questions before purchasing and confirm exactly which accessories and printhead are included in your package. If your primary concern is producing beautiful DTF prints with good support behind the product, this machine delivers. I'm happy with the printing results and plan to keep using it as much as possible, hopefully paying for itself quickly and eventually adding the shaker and purifier that I originally expected to receive.
