The media could not be loaded. The instructions are not easy to follow Once together the urine/poop trays are too small for the collection area so pee and poop run out the sides of the cage onto whatever surface the cage is sitting on Cage size is drastically misleading, cage is not big enough for more than one bunny which the image shown gives the impression it is. MUCH too small for a rabbit! Our rabbit is too heavy and broke thru the bottom level and escaped thru the urine trays. Assembly wasn’t hard, but time consuming. Took around 2 1/2 hours to build and then reinforcing with zip ties added extra time.

Omgggg! I love that I ordered this. It’s very cute and was very easy to assemble. The Build part it was the most easy part. It’s not too big and not too small. The quality is ok she chewed through it tho. Cleaning it was the most hard part because when she pees it goes through the holes so make sure you use those clear protectors because I didn’t ofc 😂. I'll give it 3 stars because it's a good cage to have for a little while, but it isn't great. My rabbit chewed up all the plastic parts, except the roof because she can't reach the roof, and the trays underneath just get messy super easily. It's also really like.. flimsy? I don't really know how to describe it.. the circle things that connect the cage parts together just pop off randomly, it's really cheap. The bottom of the cage isn't good for the bunnies feet so I use a blanket to put down. But I don't suggest this cage for rabbits. If it's the only cheap option you've got it's good for a little while tho. ... show more

Terrible product, trays/base are not sufficient to catch animal feces. Even with side guards urine and poo splash out of cage due to height. We change trays daily and have purchased a large base to catch the feces but terrible clean up and better options available.
