New to Vibration Plates, But Like It A Lot So Far!
Never had a vibration plate but really wanted to see what all the hype was about. This one was a good price so I thought it would be a perfect one to try. Easy set up. Came with the vibration plate, a remote (which you need batteries for) the cord and instruction manual. Very easy to start and figure out. Noise is minimal and there are different levels of vibration depending on what you are looking for. Since I'm new to this I've been starting low in the morning to get my blood circulation going and get my body moving. I definitely feel it! I feel more alert and awake and I can see how it can help get you ready for a workout. The quality seems good, so far no issues at all. It stores away easily (i slide it under our couch). I think my adult children will be using it as well so I'm curious what their thoughts will be. Happy with it and think it's a good addition to our workout routines.

Solid product
This is the second vibration plate that I’ve ordered. I know that my chiropractor‘s office has one so I figured they must be good for your health. This one has a multitude of settings ranging from high to low to in between. I never used it for actually working out, but at its highest setting it definitely puts out some vibration. It’s semi noisy, but not over the top. It’s built well. The only issue that I have with it is that when it’s turned on and vibrating, the power cord sometimes will vibrate out of the plug-in so then it shuts off. I don’t use it for working out just standing and it is easy to use, but sometimes it also will dance across the floor when there’s no weight on it. I can’t speak much for anything to do with energy. But it does seem to be a good solid product. Check with your doctor before using.

Easy way to get your blood flowing to start your day
I ordered this without having tried one of these before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Turns out, this machine is awesome! It’s super easy, even when you’re feeling lazy, to just hop on it and push a button. The machine does all of the work, while your body positions control what muscles are targeted. Even simply standing on it will get your blood circulating and will wake up all of your muscles, so I like to use it first thing in the morning. You can control the settings to increase or decrease the intensity. Certain positions and intensity levels will really give you a good workout. The set includes resistance bands with hand grips to workout your arms or to help stabilize your position on the machine. It also includes a remote. The overall quality seems great and I find it to be an excellent value. My teenage sons have basically taken over this machine in my house, so I may end up having to buy a second one, but fortunately it’s very affordable. If you’re thinking of trying one of these vibrations platforms, this one is a great set to buy!

Feels like the professional one I use!
I’m really liking this vibration plate so far! I used to use a vibration plate at my tanning salon, and this one feels very similar, which was a pleasant surprise. The vibration feels strong and substantial, not weak or flimsy. It’s easy to use at home, and I like being able to adjust the settings depending on what I want. The platform also gives me plenty of room to stand comfortably and feels stable while I’m using it. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on long-term results yet, but based on my experience so far, I’m very happy with the quality and performance. Having used a professional-style vibration plate before, I’m impressed with how this one compares.

You can do so much with this little machine!
This is an impressive machine to add to your home gym. You can do just about any work out from legs, to arms, core, or even focus on target muscle strength. It improves blood flow circulation and reduces any varicose veins on your legs. The instructions are easy to follow for setting up and learning features. It is lightweight and does not vibrate loud but with a low hum. I believe it is worth the price as it can be used for multiple reasons. The machine itself appears to be made well. Nothing on this machine feels cheap or flimsy. You get exactly what is shows, two pull ropes, remote and belt. Stowing it away is easy with little to no effort. It's a great product to add to your current set up or even use as a starter work out platform.

Great addition to a workout!
I have always wanted one of these and was hesitant to take the plunge. I am still learning how to best use this but I am committed! Okay, this thing is high quality and durable! Wow! I expected a flimsy step aerobic platform from my college gym days but that is not the case. This thing is sleek and sturdy. It is very quiet so you can focus on your exercise or whatever music you like to grind a workout. You can feel your workout circulating through your body. And the amount of uses for this makes for a versatile, well-rounded workout. This will definitely take some adjustment if you are new but still a great addition to a workout!
