Stable Seat/kneeler

First unit purchased had faulty weld on one end and failed second time it was used. Returned defective unit and replacement arrived in two days. Have used it several times and it has held up well so far. This seat/kneeler is much more stable than others tried in the past…it is wider and not as high… lower center of gravity…only problem is that it is more difficult to move around for a tall (over 6’) person..sacks that come with it for variety of tools have to be pinned in place or they will slip off pretty easily… really only need one bag at a time and use second as a spare…

Great little seat, excellent on the knees!

Got this for some yard work because my knees are not what they used to be and spending any amount of time kneeling on the ground is just not it anymore. Really glad I did - this thing is solid. The frame feels heavy gauge and doesn't wobble or flex at all when you're putting weight on it, which was my biggest concern going in. I like that it has two options: flip it one way and it's a seat, flip it the other and you can kneel on it with handles you can push off of to get back up. That part works really well and makes it genuinely useful rather than just a gimmick. It comes with two tool pouches that attach to the sides and they're actually roomy enough to be useful - worth knowing though that they only really work when it's in seat mode. When you flip it to kneeler mode the pouches are supposed to go on the feet but it's kind of a tight fit and a bit of a struggle. Also important to note - folding it back up is not obvious at all and there are no instructions included. You have to squeeze the two bars together at the top where the spring is and then the legs collapse down. It's simple once you know, but took me a hot minute to figure out. Overall it's a really well made little thing for the price and does exactly what it's supposed to.

Heavy-Duty Garden Kneeler and Seat with Tool Bag, Extra-Wide Folding Stool

This has been on my wish list for a couple of years now, and I was finally able to order one. I like that this is heavy duty, so I can expect this to last for years. This has two side pockets that you can use to store garden tools, or remove easily if you choose to use this as a kneeler. This has cushions on both sides of the 'seat' area, so cushioned for sitting, and cushioned for kneeling. This feels very sturdy when using this as a seat while gardening in my raised beds, and also feels sturdy when using as a kneeler, using my arms to push myself up (recovering from an ankle injury so getting up and down is difficult right now). I have also recommended this for my neighbor, who loves to work in the yard, but also finds it harder with time to get up off the ground. This also helps getting down TO the ground, when you can use the supports to ease yourself down. This is a minimal investment, considering all of its uses and prolonged enjoyment of gardening and other home chores I'll still be able to use. Zero complaints, and all five stars!

Solidly constructed

This garden bench is made of heavy gauge steel with a really good powder finish that should keep it from rusting. The seat is a solid EVA( also used in athletic shoe insoles) that cushions and supports. The kneeler is a second, separate cushion with a space between the two. The design is such that to fold up for storage, just gently squeeze against the springs and fold the legs, however when the heavy springs self engage, there is no chance it will collapse unintentionally. I have a small vegetable garden; 16 by 32 feet, and this is perfect for planting, weeding and harvesting. The tool pouches have plenty of room for various hand tools that slide over the top side with ease, when used as a kneeler, the tool bags can be slid over the round plastic feet, but there is not a lot of”wiggle room” so it is a bit of a struggle, which may get easier when the material stretches a little. In addition to gardening, I used this as a kneeler when applying waterproofing to my wooden deck, a real back saver, and the solid sure grip handles make getting back on my feet a lot easier. Just a note about the photos on the site, they match the product exactly, but there is one picture of a man standing on the bench while on a concrete surface. The bench is strong enough, maybe alright on a truly solid, even surface, but I would not recommend standing on this on dirt or grass, just not a good idea. As far as value, I have used a cheaper version of this design, this one is much stronger and trustworthy, so worth the extra coin. Well designed, solidly built, great gift idea, highly recommended.

Super useful garden equipment

Love this! Whether I’m using this to hoist myself from the ground or just to take a break and sit on, I feel that it’s strong and reliable. Even without pulling out the legs and using flat on ground, it’s very easy to use. It has 2 removable side pockets that each have plenty of compartments to hold garden tools and phone. I will get a lot of use from this in garden. I wish that it had come with directions so I would have known quicker on how to fold it back up once I opened it. I couldn’t get it closed without someone else to figure out you have to squeeze the two bars together at the top where there’s a spring, then the legs simply collapse. It’s not the same action to open it, hence the reason for not knowing. But this item is grand!
