Excellent product, makes cleaning so much easier , and to use this and see just how much dirt just standard sweeping/ vacuuming and mopping actually leaves on the floor is kind of shocking! The only reason I had rated this product 4 stars is simply 1 reason . the electronic voice is very , very loud and announces each and every function when a function button is selected, which is not exactly as necessary as the other proposes for the electronic voice. Unfortunately there is not any possible way to lower the volume or put it on mute . Other than that, this vac/mop is perfect!!! With that being said, I still don’t have any regrets purchasing this at all (and won’t )! I definitely recommend this!!!

The media could not be loaded. I never thought this cleaner could be so functional and easy to use. It is pet family friendly. I have a cat, and cat litter always a huge problem for me. My cats always digs the cat litter everywhere in my bathroom. After a day work, the scattered cat litter sticks directly to the floor tiles. It is difficult to remove without soaking and repeated wiping with a mop. Sometimes, I need to use Dyson to suck all the dried litters. And then, use mop or wipes to clean the stain. I have to say that I wished more than once. It would be great if there is a wet and dry vacuum in one, combining Dyson and wet vacuum. Here it is, M12. After using Dreametech M12, these are no longer a problem for me. I can get rid of it easily. What used to take 1 hour can now be done in 5 minutes. Even if there are hairs and stains on the floor or tiles, I only need one pass to clean them up. I even tried pouring soy sauce and oil on my wooden floors to feel for its wet vacuum function. We gently took the M12 over the stains, and the floor was immediately cleaned. It shines and bright. Best of all, it doesn't just get rid of tough stains in very short time. And it won't leave water marks on floors or tiles. It can also dry up within 3-5 minutes after cleaning without opening the door or windows for ventilation. Another function of it is Dry Vacuum. I like the detachable design very much, and it is very practical. Two different components are more hygienic to use. Although I wash my sheets quite often, I like to vacuum my bed before I go to bed. Dreametech smart wet dry vacuum cleaner and cordless handheld vacuum all in one. Since I own an M12 I can have a lot of money left over instead of purchase other equipments. In terms of appearance, I really like its all-black design, which looks very simple, stylish and advanced. You will find that its display screen looks like an advanced small computer, its fonts are clear and bright, and different logos correspond to different functions. It can even change its color depending on how much dust it has stored. Noise is unavoidable for vacuum cleaners. Especially after experiencing Dyson's turbo function, the long-term deep vacuuming has caused me a lot of hearing trouble. Even half an hour after vacuuming I still get tinnitus. The noise of the M12 is within my acceptable range. I don't know how it's designed, but it's surprisingly quieter than similarly priced vacuum cleaners. If friends who often feel headaches about assembly don’t need to worry, I think the instructions are quite simple. You can try to watch the manual or video assembly. It's not that hard. It's like a big toy to me! I can't wait to start assembling its other parts and try out its different functions!

If you are like us—in and out with a muddy dog or boots and have tile floors that constantly are getting mucked up, this is for you. I can clean the kitchen floor in 5 minutes now without fiddling with a cord, hauling out two machines, or nagging my daughter to do it. This cleans itself, tells you when it needs emptying or refilling, and is very easy to fill/empty. We have the white one and it’s very pretty and unobtrusive charging in the corner of the sunroom. I went from maybe mopping once between our professional housecleans every other week to mopping daily, a job I used to loathe. Busy kid/dog parents will especially benefit from having this in the kitchen area. If you need to just vacuum you can start it and then pull out the clean water tank, or it will get rugs a little damp, but it sucks up water as it goes. Perfect for indoor/outdoor rugs, but I have used it (with only water in the tank) on nicer rugs with no issues. Is it the greatest vacuum ever? No—it can’t get under furniture like my Shark, for example. But for a quick clean up of, say, cracker crumbs, liquid spills, or random dog hair under kitchen cabinets, it does the job beautifully. It’s also much quieter than our other vacuums, and doesn’t scare off the dog or people with sound sensitivities, which is wonderful. When I first got it and had a new roller, I tried this on our grungy Sunbrella fabric couch cushions (on the floor) and it did a GREAT job. I’ll do that again whenever I get a new roller. I have a bad right shoulder, but this is lightweight and somewhat self—propelling, which is also a bonus. My only concern is that I’m not sure this is truly sanitizing the surfaces. My steam mop does that better. You can certainly spray vinegar or the non-sudsing disinfectant of your choice and then run this if that’s a deal breaker. I really bow down to whoever designed this machine. I think I love you. Life is so much easier with the right tools, and this is one of them.

I bought this vacuum in January 2022 and it's May 2023 and this vacuum it's no longer charging. Honestly I was so happy with this purchase. It was something new at a time when there were not many good wet dry mop vacuums on the market and this one was beautifully designed and worked great. BUT ... I paid $399 for this vacuum at that time and for it to not even last me two years is absolutely unacceptable. The vacuum is no longer charging and the battery is not some easy swap out style unit it's screwed into the vacuum. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a better and hopefully cheaper alternative. ***Update.... I've changed the review to 5 stars due to dreametech's phenomenal customer service. My vacuum was out of the warranty period however dreametech honored the warranty after I emailed them about my issue. This company has great customer service. I am very pleased with my h11 and it definitely is a game changer in daily cleaning. And with great customer service I would not hesitate to buy from dreametech again. I actually purchased a h12 after this good experience and love that vacuum even more.
