I started getting these for my baby when she learned how to take her socks off! I would not suggest getting for a little one who is walking unless there is plenty of carpet around!! Cutest little shoes! Fit my 6 month old great. They were not too tight and have a soft bottom. He obviously wasn't walking in these so I can't speak on the quality there but they were a cute addition to his 4th of July outfit.
