Firstly, the vacuum came really well packaged! It feels really well built and only took about 20 minutes for unpacking, putting it together, and having to run a quick software update for this beautiful piece of technology to be ready to use. After a few days of use, I can say this has been a big upgrade over my previous robot vacuums. With a dog in the house, the daily fur and paw prints are a constant battle, but this unit tackles both vacuuming and mopping really well. It took about an hour to handle two rooms, the kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallways, leaving the floors spotless. The self-emptying dock and mop-cleaning feature are a game changer; I don’t have to think about it much beyond draining the dirty water after a mop cycle. The only thing I’d change is the vacuum bags (since you’ll need to replace them), but it hasn’t filled one yet and seems manageable. After about an hour and 20 minutes of cleaning, it used about 40% of battery with both mopping and vacuuming, more than enough for most people’s homes. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Update: 10/10/2025 It’s been two weeks now and it’s working great. I generally let it run at night so no one’s walking around. I suggest emptying the dirty water tank after every use and letting it air dry before reinstalling. I’m impressed with how dirty the water is after running the vacuum / mop cycle. Or better yet, how well it does cleaning the floors. No issues so far and it has a cool feature where if it recognizes someone is in the room, it’ll go back at the end of the cleaning cycle. ... show more

    • Makes Daily Cleaning So Much Easier.

What stood out to me the most is how much effort it saves on a daily basis. Setup was pretty straightforward, although the app took a little time to get used to. Once everything was mapped out, the navigation became very impressive — it cleans in an organized pattern instead of randomly bumping around, It transitions smoothly between areas and adjusts when needed, and I like that it can reach under furniture and along edges better than expected. It did get stuck once or twice in tighter spots, but nothing major. Another big plus is how well it handles hair — I don’t have to constantly untangle the brushes anymore. If you have pets or long hair, this is a huge win. I run it almost every day, and it keeps dust and debris under control so I don’t have to vacuum nearly as often myself. Definitely makes day-to-day cleaning a lot easier. ... show more

UPDATE: My review below was after only one day of using the vacuum (I was that impressed!) and mentions some pet hair left behind on stubborn rugs. I can happily say that after almost a full week of using it, it does not leave any hair left behind on either of those rugs. If you also have dogs, it's worth running it twice a day! I have multiple heavy shedding dogs, so my home gets completely covered in hair every day. I wish I took before pics because my home was truly disgusting before running this yesterday, but now it's at least 95% better. With it's 50% charge out of the box, it mapped my entire layout and completed its first deep clean of the house. Its powerful suction got almost every piece of fur off of my washable rug (no easy task, even for a manual vacuum) and left my hard floors sparkling clean. It honestly looks better than if I manually cleaned, and I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't witness it myself. It left my gross, matted hallway runner much cleaner than when it started, but didn't quite get all of the hair out. I am still incredibly impressed that it got even half of the hair out of it since the only vacuum I've had that can truly handle cleaning this rug is a monster-sized Sebo that costs much more than this robot. I trust that if I deep-clean that rug manually, it will be able to handle maintenance cleans for a long time. Easy setup, no issues with connecting to my wifi, and surprisingly quiet. I didn't have any issues with it running into things or getting stuck, and it ran into things much less often, and more gently, than my previous shark robot vacuum. It comes with a 5 year warranty, and as long as it continues to run as effectively as it did today, I think it's an incredible value considering the time savings and its effectiveness. Trust that I'll update if things go wrong, but otherwise, you can safely assume that I'm still living happily ever after with this robot. ... show more

This is a wonderful robot. The fun name our household give to it is, McDreamy. The mop works very well. We had four dogs for one rainy weekend. It did a beautiful job cleaning up after them. It works very quietly. The vacuum is powerful and very quiet too. The app is so easy to navigate. It has great notifications to tell you when it is time to add water, empty dirt and dirty water.
