This thing is awesome! When my other brand of robotic vacuum died suddenly, I spent weeks looking through reviews until I was fighting blurred vision. We have a Siberian Husky and a cat and right now they are shedding like crazy, and this new Dreame L60 Pro Ultra has been a gift from the robo vacuum gods. The application is easy to use, changing at first took a few hours but no biggie. On first run we had about 4 or 5 days worth of dog hair on the ground. Our home is mostly Premium Vinyl Plank on the first level with some carpet in the primary bedroom and tile in the bathroom. It took the robot about 3 hours to do a full (highest settings possible) vac and mop. The results, WOW! Lets talk about the amount of hair this thing picked up. Our floors were spotless! Yes, a few places under the couch and under the end tables had a small fluff or two of hair, specifically in the really hard to reach places (we have a reclining sectional so of course this is expected). After 5 solid days of use, running on 4 separate schedules (Vac and Mop on Mon,Wed and Fri - Vac only on the rest) our home floors are quite literally, spotless. I sure hope this thing lasts a little longer than our previous brand did, if this keeps up we may look for one to try on our upstairs. Some key things to remember with Robotic Vacuum's: 1) They need a little time to learn, be patient! 2) Pick up all un-necessary items off your floors when it is mapping 3) The worst time of day to map is at night, do it during daylight hours and turn all of your lights on 4) Remember regular maintenance, empty the dirty water, wipe down the sensors and regularly check the brushes. These are well tuned but they get dirty! Some final thoughts for potential buyers. These things are pricey, sometimes encroaching on value vs performance. The Dreame L60 Pro Ultra is very much one of those "you get what you pay for" items. At a hair over 1k, it has proven so far to be effective and worth the cost in my opinion. It requires little if any intervention, self cleans and pretty much handles obstacles and lose dog toys like a pro. Should you buy one? If you hate to vac and mop by hand, which I do, it gives me back maybe 4 or 5 hours a week in non stop hair chasing with a traditional upright. How much is your time worth?

I’m really impressed with the Dreame L60 Pro Ultra. The suction is powerful, and it does a great job picking up dust, crumbs, and everyday debris. The mopping performance is also excellent, and I love that the base station handles so much of the cleaning and maintenance automatically. It navigates around furniture and obstacles very well and makes keeping the floors clean much easier. The app is easy to use, and the overall design feels premium. A great choice if you want a powerful, convenient, and low-maintenance robot vacuum!

One week review. I bought it because a friend recently came to Houston and is staying in my apartment for a while. I have cats and there is fur everywhere. He has a Dreame at his own home, so I got this US version. Mapping is fast. I dont need to manually correct the map as it will calibrate during working. It can mark where pet is and its odd. The suction is really strong. I used my carpet cleaner before running this and thought the carpet was already pretty clean. But it still picked up a lot of cat hair and fine dust. Kind of surprised how much was still inside the carpet. Battery is durable; my units is 1b1b, it can clean twice once it's fully charged. I also had a cheaper $200+ robot before and it always got stuck on the cord from my air purifier. Super annoying. This one has been much better. It sees the cord and other stuff on the floor and usually just goes around it. I don't have to rescue it all the time. So i feel this high price is fine I dont know if it would be cheaper in Black Friday. It knows when it is on carpet or hard floor too. The app is well designed and pretty cool. It can recognize my pets and I can use the camera to check where my cats are when I'm working.

I was honestly a little skeptical about how much a robot vacuum could really help with daily cleaning, but over the past month or so, this one has genuinely saved us quite a bit of time. Most days we just let it run in the background while doing other things, and the floors stay noticeably cleaner without us having to think about it too much. The navigation has been pretty solid so far. It moves around furniture well and usually avoids random things left on the floor instead of constantly getting stuck. The suction is strong enough to pick up dust and small debris without much trouble, and the mopping feature works better than I expected for routine cleaning. For someone like me who used to vacuum and mop almost every day, it honestly handles that level of regular cleaning pretty well. The self-cleaning dock is also a feature I ended up appreciating more than expected. Not having to constantly empty the dustbin or wash the mop pads yourself makes a big difference if you plan on using it regularly. One thing to keep in mind is that the dock and robot together are larger than I expected, so you do need a decent amount of open space for it. The app also takes a little time to get used to, and the setup is definitely more complicated than a regular vacuum. Other than that, my family and I have really liked it so far. We still do a deeper clean around the house on weekends, but during busy weekdays it’s been a genuinely helpful way to keep the floors clean with much less effort.

I'm very concerned about the quality of this device. After just 3 weeks of use, the velcro came off the mop pad holder, and I had to order a replacement. A few weeks later, the side brush stopped working. No debris blocking it -- just no longer operational. I have been in touch with support, and they are responding. I'll post an update if they come through and replace the unit, but I'm already regretting my purchase. My Roborock ran for 4 years without an issue. I should have stuck with them.

TL,DR: Fabulous cleaning! LOVE THIS! Flip side, obstacle avoidance and navigation when lidar turret is retracted in low spaces, awful! First, the good: This machine draws an astonishingly accurate map of the whole house in under 10 minutes. Others I have used took 2 or even 3 slow passes to get a rough outline of a map & then still needed much amendment. Once the map is finished & it goes out to clean, it’s astonishing yet again! The suction on carpet and hard floors is wonderful. Rarely misses a thing. Corners get clean. Mopping is the same. Excellent cleaning, great on edges and corners very clean! Noise is significantly less than others I’ve used, even on max suction. You can actually have a conversation or watch TV when it’s vacuuming in the same room! Mopping is virtually silent! App makes the robot very adjustable. You can set how much suction, how many passes, how much water on the mops, how many passes for mopping, whether you want to vacuum only, mop only, or a couple of combinations of both. How to clean the mop heads & whether to dry them. It does its work quickly and very well! Now, the bad: For all the fancy lidar and obstacle avoidance this company brags about, this machine has the absolute worst avoidance of any I’ve ever used! I have never had it run over a cord or a string or shoes or socks or the cat. But everything else is at risk. I’ve stood and watched it run full tilt into the cat’s water dish, knocking water everywhere! And then back right up and do it AGAIN!!! Seriously?! And I have pulled out a soft flexible cat toy stuck half in, half out, of the dust bin. And if it must lower its lidar turret to go under furniture, then it immediately becomes a blind man using a white cane in a strange space! I’ve had to move my sofa 3 times to retrieve mine. I am old. My sofa is heavy. I really do not like this at all! Complaints about the app include multiple (too damned many) menus and sub menus which bury settings in places that seem unrelated to what you seek. Contradictory settings in various sub menus which cancel each other out. So this app is not immediately user friendly. It has a strong uphill learning curve. Once you understand that and realize it’s not entirely intuitive, then it’s certainly learnable. But really, it just doesn’t have to be that hard. I’ve attached photos on the latest adventure in obstacle recognition to this review. Hope this helps someone else.

I've been using this robot vacuum for about a week so far, and it has made daily cleaning much easier. Nice job! The suction power is very strong and easily picks up dust, pet hair, and crumbs from both hard floors and rugs. One feature I really like is the climbing ability—it handles thresholds and obstacles much better than my previous robot and rarely gets stuck. The mopping function works well, and the self-cleaning station saves a lot of effort. The app is also simple to use, making it easy to start cleaning, adjust settings, and schedule routines from my phone. Overall, it saves time and keeps my floors clean with very little work from me. Highly recommended!
