  • Highly recommended!
Color: White Size: L60 Pro Ultra
I've been using this robot vacuum for about a week so far, and it has made daily cleaning much easier. Nice job! The suction power is very strong and easily picks up dust, pet hair, and crumbs from both hard floors and rugs. One feature I really like is the climbing ability—it handles thresholds and obstacles much better than my previous robot and rarely gets stuck. The mopping function works well, and the self-cleaning station saves a lot of effort. The app is also simple to use, making it easy to start cleaning, adjust settings, and schedule routines from my phone. Overall, it saves time and keeps my floors clean with very little work from me. • Genuinely helpful for keeping floors clean during busy weeks
Color: White Size: L60 Pro Ultra
I was honestly a little skeptical about how much a robot vacuum could really help with daily cleaning, but over the past month or so, this one has genuinely saved us quite a bit of time. Most days we just let it run in the background while doing other things, and the floors stay noticeably cleaner without us having to think about it too much. The navigation has been pretty solid so far. It moves around furniture well and usually avoids random things left on the floor instead of constantly getting stuck. The suction is strong enough to pick up dust and small debris without much trouble, and the mopping feature works better than I expected for routine cleaning. For someone like me who used to vacuum and mop almost every day, it honestly handles that level of regular cleaning pretty well. The self-cleaning dock is also a feature I ended up appreciating more than expected. Not having to constantly empty the dustbin or wash the mop pads yourself makes a big difference if you plan on using it regularly. One thing to keep in mind is that the dock and robot together are larger than I expected, so you do need a decent amount of open space for it. The app also takes a little time to get used to, and the setup is definitely more complicated than a regular vacuum. Other than that, my family and I have really liked it so far. We still do a deeper clean around the house on weekends, but during busy weekdays it’s been a genuinely helpful way to keep the floors clean with much less effort. ... show more

  • time saving
Color: White Size: L60 Pro Ultra
I’ve been using it for a while now, and it has made keeping my floors clean much easier. The suction power is impressive and does a great job picking up dust, crumbs, pet hair, and other everyday messes from both hard floors and rugs. I no longer feel like I need to vacuum as often because it consistently keeps everything looking tidy. The mopping feature is another highlight. It leaves my floors looking fresh and clean, and I appreciate that the mop pads are automatically cleaned with hot water after use. This helps keep the system ready for the next cleaning session without requiring much attention from me. One of my favorite features is the auto-empty station. It saves a lot of time and reduces how often I need to interact with the machine. The robot is also smart when navigating around furniture and household items. It avoids obstacles well and rarely gets stuck, which means I can start a cleaning cycle and let it work without worrying about it. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy to schedule cleanings, customize settings, and monitor progress. I like being able to set cleaning routines that fit my schedule and come home to clean floors every day. ... show more

  • S frequent Require manual intervention
Color: Black Size: L60 Pro Ultra
Do not buy unless you want to constantly intervene with your vacuum. The mop pad design is horrendous the mop pads fall off, and you have to manually go put them back on most of the time. The vacuum doesn’t even recognize the mops are back on.and it stops working. I have never been able to run a cleaning cycle with out some manual intervention usually with the mop pads. When it works it cleans well but other wise it’s a huge waste of money!!!! ... show more

  • Almost Everything I Wanted, With Some App and Navigation Annoyances
Color: Black Size: L60 Pro Ultra
My partner and I are fairly busy, so the last thing either of us wants to do is regularly vacuum and mop the floors. We also don’t want to babysit a robot or constantly make sure there’s nothing on the floor that it could get stuck on. The Dreame L60 Pro Ultra is exactly what we’ve been wanting. In terms of having a robot that is reliable enough to keep the floors clean every day, this is great. It is pricey, but it’s also one of the most feature-packed robots on the market. Pros: * When the top LiDAR sensor, or LDS, is up, it has no problem navigating around furniture and clutter on the floor. I’ve yet to have the roller get tangled in wires. * The vacuum is much quieter than I expected for how powerful the suction is. I don’t even mind letting it run while I’m watching TV. During mopping, it’s nearly silent. * Cleaning performance is fantastic. When it’s done, I seriously don’t notice any debris left on the floor. There might be a crumb or two left in some of the trickier corners, but not nearly enough to complain about, and they’re usually picked up on a second pass. * The battery is large enough to clean my entire roughly 1,100 sq. ft. apartment, depending on the cleaning mode and settings. If it does run out of battery, it returns to the dock to recharge and resumes once it has enough charge. That all sounds great, and it is, but there are a few issues that I think some people will find frustrating, especially if they don’t like digging through settings. Biggest cons: * The biggest flaw is that the robot will sometimes get lost when the top LDS retracts. For me, this happens maybe once every seven cycles or so. It does this little dance where it looks left and right, spins a bit, looks left and right again, and repeats. The weird part is that it can eventually recover. I’ve had it recover on its own and continue cleaning, and it also recovers when it needs to return to the dock. One time, I had it set to do two cycles in vacuum-only mode. It completed the first pass, got lost with the LDS down, returned to the dock to empty the dust bin, went to resume, did the little “I’m confused” dance even with the LDS up, and then decided the cleaning was complete without doing the second pass. They need a better position recovery algorithm. * CleanGenius mode, Dreame’s AI-driven automatic mode, is not a good default choice for cleaning your entire space. It will go over the same clean spot over and over again for seemingly no reason, so a cleaning job can end up taking multiple hours and multiple recharge cycles to complete. It just becomes a waste of battery life and time. However, CleanGenius is useful for spot or zone cleaning. For example, if there are muddy footprints, or if you’re like me and got flour all over the floor while making dinner, you can set it to CleanGenius, select the area, and it will mop, clean the mops, and mop again until the mess is gone. * The last big frustration is configuring the robot in the app. To be clear, the app itself is decent. It’s easy to pick a cleaning mode, select specific rooms or zones, choose the order in which rooms are cleaned, set automations, check consumable life, and adjust a lot of settings. The frustrating part is that some settings conflict with each other, and it’s not always clear why the robot did what it did. For example, you might set a specific cleaning order and then notice the robot didn’t follow it. Why? Because “clean carpets first” is enabled. Or you tell the robot to do one pass, but it does multiple. Or you tell it to do two passes, and it does four. Why? Because “intensive carpet cleaning” is enabled. It makes sense once you figure it out, but those are global settings buried in submenus. It would be extremely useful if the main cleaning page accounted for your global settings and gave you a clear preview of exactly what the robot is going to do. It would also be useful if some of those global settings could be set at the room or zone level. Minor cons: * Sometimes the robot initially enters the wrong room when it’s in mop mode. In my case, it only needs to mop the kitchen, the main bathroom, and the bathroom attached to the master bedroom. It will mop the kitchen and master bathroom, then briefly peek into the living room or second bedroom before realizing the other bathroom is elsewhere. It’s not the biggest deal, but I’d prefer that it didn’t briefly drag the mops somewhere they don’t need to go. * Speaking of dragging the mop heads, they do lift, but the chassis is still very low to the ground, so the mop heads don’t completely stay above medium-pile carpet. It’s nice that the mop heads can stay behind in the dock while it’s vacuuming, but there’s no way around crossing carpet to get to the bathrooms. Maybe in a future version they can make a robot that lifts the chassis while crossing carpet. Summary: Ultimately, this robot is great at cleaning and is just about everything I hoped it would be. I seriously have no need to manually vacuum or mop anymore aside from occasional spot cleaning and carpet cleaning, so don’t let the gripes dissuade you. It’s just much easier to talk about the negatives than the positives. None of these issues are dealbreakers, and nearly every issue I listed is software-related. I’m hoping Dreame has good post-launch support and pushes software updates to fix some of these problems. ... show more

This robot vacuum has made cleaning so much easier. The powerful suction picks up pet hair, dust, and crumbs with no problem, and it moves smoothly over thresholds without getting stuck. • Cleans Great, Navigation/avoidance Stinks!
Color: Black Size: L60 Pro Ultra
TL,DR: Fabulous cleaning! LOVE THIS! Flip side, obstacle avoidance and navigation when lidar turret is retracted in low spaces, awful! First, the good: This machine draws an astonishingly accurate map of the whole house in under 10 minutes. Others I have used took 2 or even 3 slow passes to get a rough outline of a map & then still needed much amendment. Once the map is finished & it goes out to clean, it’s astonishing yet again! The suction on carpet and hard floors is wonderful. Rarely misses a thing. Corners get clean. Mopping is the same. Excellent cleaning, great on edges and corners very clean! Noise is significantly less than others I’ve used, even on max suction. You can actually have a conversation or watch TV when it’s vacuuming in the same room! Mopping is virtually silent! App makes the robot very adjustable. You can set how much suction, how many passes, how much water on the mops, how many passes for mopping, whether you want to vacuum only, mop only, or a couple of combinations of both. How to clean the mop heads & whether to dry them. It does its work quickly and very well! Now, the bad: For all the fancy lidar and obstacle avoidance this company brags about, this machine has the absolute worst avoidance of any I’ve ever used! I have never had it run over a cord or a string or shoes or socks or the cat. But everything else is at risk. I’ve stood and watched it run full tilt into the cat’s water dish, knocking water everywhere! And then back right up and do it AGAIN!!! Seriously?! And I have pulled out a soft flexible cat toy stuck half in, half out, of the dust bin. And if it must lower its lidar turret to go under furniture, then it immediately becomes a blind man using a white cane in a strange space! I’ve had to move my sofa 3 times to retrieve mine. I am old. My sofa is heavy. I really do not like this at all! Complaints about the app include multiple (too damned many) menus and sub menus which bury settings in places that seem unrelated to what you seek. Contradictory settings in various sub menus which cancel each other out. So this app is not immediately user friendly. It has a strong uphill learning curve. Once you understand that and realize it’s not entirely intuitive, then it’s certainly learnable. But really, it just doesn’t have to be that hard. I’ve attached photos on the latest adventure in obstacle recognition to this review. Hope this helps someone else. ... show more
