Definitely worth the money

After having a basic robot vac for a few years I told my hubby I wanted one that had a self-emptying/self-cleaning mode for my birthday. After looking at several different ones I decided on the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2. Living in the country with two dogs and two cats has its challenges. All four animals are inside outside pets so that means lots of hair, dirt, and whatever else they might bring in. Having osteoarthritis in my hands and this little robot has been a godsend. When I first received it I linked it to my phone via the Dream app and my home internet. I ran it the first time and it mapped out my house. Since then I run the vacuum 2-3 times per week and the mop at least once a week. I have the option to mop as it vacuums or after it vacuums. It has different settings for suction force and mop vigor. When I notice more dirt I set it to Ultra which is the top suction force for the vacuum. I don't notice when the vacuum is running as it is very quiet. It is very easy to use and setup. It cleans my floors just a good as if I did it myself. I am able to control it with ease from my phone. Overall I am very pleased with this robot. ... show more

Perfect for multi-pet homes

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and 3 humans living in our home. This vacuum is wonderful and picks up all the hair and dirt. It cleans around the litter boxes and dog beds. It's pretty sturdy and does a good job of avoiding wet messes (hair balls and poo). Our hard floors like great, and our carpets are clean. The app is a little clunky but once you figure out how to customize everything it's very nice. The map is very customizable and you can set pet areas to be cleaned twice, which I love. When it's noisy I know something is stuck inside it (nerf darts getting sucked up is common here). It gets stuck on the charging cables around the couch and beds if we forget to pick them up, but otherwise it doesn't get stuck as often as our Shark or Roomba did. ... show more

Dissatisfied with Dreame

I am changing my original review. I loved this product for about a month. It cleaned really well. My first bad experience was when I ordered more cleaning solution through the app. I ordered it over a month ago and still haven't received it. I called to cancel it, but they said it had already shipped and I could return it once I received it. Still waiting and I do not have an email with shipping info to track the order. I finally ordered some through Amazon. Secondly, we changed out the mop pads then one of the mop heads started spinning at a slower rate than the other. Now it has stopped spinning completely. We have been in contact with the company and they are requesting we send the entire unit back, base and all. I bought the extended warranty through Amazon and we were told by Dreame that the warranty didn't cover damage from dirt. Not sure what that means since the point of vacuuming and mopping is to clean your floors which will include dirt. I am not running this in the outdoors through mud puddles nor do I have a filthy home with clumps of dirt strewn everywhere. Update: We got it back and now 3 weeks later it's not working properly again. Will mop but won't vaccuum and we get constant messages that the roller brush is wrapped, but it isn't. I love this machine. It was larger than expected however it holds so much water I don't have to empty but every few days, and water access is in the top, plus it has self cleaning mops. This is as maintenance free as you can get. I didn't want to spend a thousand dollars so thought I would give this one a try. I am very pleased with how quiet it is and how well it cleans. I have two small dogs and one is elderly and drools while she sleeps. I was having to mop every day to keep up with the cleaning. Now I wake up to bright shining white floors. This one is great at sensing the dogs and won't run into them and pull their tails. I ordered a cheaper model for upstairs that was not self cleaning and had the flat mop. I am returning it and replacing with another model like this. I justify the price by thinking what housecleaning services would have cost me. ... show more

I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but this robot vacuum has completely surpassed all our expectations. Our floors have never been this clean—not even when we first moved in! I was skeptical at first, having had a poor experience with earlier robot vacuums that lacked mapping capabilities. But this one changed everything. It moves with care, never bumps into furniture, and takes its time to navigate safely around obstacles, making it feel incredibly intelligent and reliable. Setting it up was a breeze. From unboxing to having it clean our home took barely any time at all. The initial mapping process was surprisingly fast and remarkably accurate. Every corner of our space was captured with precision, and the robot navigates confidently using this map. One of the standout features is its multi-floor functionality. We have multiple levels in our home, and this robot handles them effortlessly. The only minor inconvenience is that selecting floors in the app could be a bit more straightforward—but once selected, it works flawlessly. For the first two weeks, the vacuum has run almost entirely without any human intervention. It did get stuck under our bed once, but aside from that single incident, it’s been completely independent and dependable. The app experience is equally impressive. It’s intuitive and accessible for users of any tech comfort level. At the same time, it offers a wide array of settings for those who want to dive deeper and fine-tune the experience. It strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and customization. We’ve been using the Dreametech L10S Ultra (Gen 2) for a while now, and overall, it’s definitely been worth the investment. We run it twice a day, every day, and it’s done a solid job keeping up with our household — especially considering we have three big dogs constantly shedding. It’s been a huge help in managing pet hair and keeping the floors looking fresh. The vacuum suction is strong and reliable, picking up dirt and fur without issue. The mop feature doesn’t scrub super deep, but it does leave the floors with that clean, refreshed feel that makes a big difference — especially if you’re someone who likes your space to feel neat and polished. That said, there are a few quirks to be aware of. It does get stuck pretty easily, especially around things like floor transitions, tight spots, or low furniture. We’ve had to rescue it more times than we’d like. Also, the mopping pads are magnetic, which is convenient in theory, but they can fall off mid-cleaning, which stops the whole process. That part gets a little annoying, but I understand the tradeoff. One unique feature is the remote driving mode — you can literally steer the vacuum with a remote. It’s a fun option, but the controls are a little odd at first and take some getting used to. All in all, despite a few small frustrations, we’re really happy with the L10S Ultra. It’s become part of our daily routine and makes life a whole lot easier in a house full of pets and mess. Worth the price if you’re looking for a reliable all-in-one vacuum and mop that can handle high-traffic homes. I will definitely update my review in a few months, just to help other customers because I definitely base all my huge purchases off reviews.
