Compared to other heaters for that price it's a good heater, I do wish it was a little bit stronger. If you're not standing directly where it's pointing you're not going to feel the heat. I'm using it to heat my garage with a ceiling fan in it so overall it serves its purpose in there. I've installed various models of radiant heaters. This brand is very good for the money and puts out a lot of directional heat. Would of liked to have the option to hardwire it instead of a prewired plug. Most homes don't have a 240V circuit on the patio, and certainly not one with the outlet compatible with the plug this heater comes with. So since a circuit needs to be added, might as well make it hardwire compatible. But as is, the value can't be beat. Highly recommend. ... show more

I bought this to heat my new deck. It has limited output. It has a UK plug. By the time I could get proper wiring, I was out of my return date. Now I'm stuck with a useless heater. This is maybe good for small indoor area. It is not made for outdoors. If someone did have success with it and wants another, I'm happy to sell you mine for a fair price. ... show more

Heater looks great, works great, love it. But there was no installation hardware in the box so I had to fabricate my own. Not user friendly in that respect. I reached out to the company and got no response. If they remedy I will adjust my review.
