When my package first got delivered, I gave the driver my one time code and he said it was not correct so I had to get my package delivered tomorrow instead of today so I reached out to Amazon and they told me They will re-deliver it today, but just give them the last two digits of my phone number and I did that and they still told me they could not find it and I was getting frustrated but the driver called somebody and they told them to give me the package anyway so I was happy about that. The overall product is great is so soft I love it.

Hair is very beautiful.very silky soft as described. But it very thin. The description stated 150% density, more like 130% or even 120%. All of my other units from different companies, are 150% density and when I compared them with this unit, there is huge difference. however that is not the case with this unit. I would need to purchase at least 2 bundles just to make this unit fuller, but that's more unnecessary money that I will have to spend. This unit isn't worth the price that was charged. Maybe if it was much cheaper, I wouldn't be disappointed as much. I have seen so many good reviews on YouTube about this company and read the comments here on amazon. No complaints on YouTube, which is what convinced me to take a chance with this company. Haven't decided if I am going to send it back for a full refund, or email the company and have them exchange this unit for another that actually has 150% density as described. The cap fits nice. I'm not sure if its a small, or a medium as they described.. I have a small head, and usually with a medium cap I have to make adjustments. I didn't need the comb or adjustable straps with this. The hairline also fits mine very accurately. It needs a little tweezing in the front but not too much. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place right over this unit. 🤷🏾♀️

Yes the little bit of hair that they put on the wig is very soft but it says 150% density. LIES. it looks and feels like 80% density. Tje ends are sparce and thin. Im so upset i ordered this for my birthday and have no time to return so now i have to buy a pack of hair and sew it in myself. I don't know what wigs these reviewer's received. They must be sponsored reviewer's cause ain't no way we ordered from the same company. Back to buying bundles for me atleast i know itbwill be full. Would i recommend this unit that will be a NO for me. These company's just send us anything and we paying $100+ dollars to have to still do more work to make them look presentable. Damm shame. My birthday is in 2 days so guess i have to make some magic happen but please believe they wont get anymore of my hard earned coins. I would give it -3 stars if they would allow

I’m not a hair stylist by far and this wig was seemingly made for girls like me. The hair is great quality, no smell, adjustment band for sizing and has great curl retention. Very lightweight with minimal shedding. I purchased the 16inch and I only added some foundation to the lace. The wig came with lashes and two wig caps. I’ll purchase from this vendor again for sure !
