I have several herniated discs in my back and neck. I bought this to replace an old office chair I had. The difference is night and day. The wide seat, the cushions, and space to add supplemental items really is a game changer for me. I used to alternate between sitting and standing several times an hour to alleviate pain. Now I can marathon through shows or games and not come out feeling like someone ran me over with their car. This was one of the best chairs I ever bought. I wanted to buy another one in purple.. But They didn't have anymore. I love that this chair is made out of fabric and not vinyl. So it doesn't peel like the vinyl does. It doesn't hurt my back. I got it together in an hour. So its pretty easy to get together. Its holding up great I sit in it for long periods of time to sew along with gaming. So I would buy again if they restock it in purple cause it's so worth the price.

Not bad at all, assembly is very easy. I have the regular sized one but wanted the big and tall so I can sit cross legged but it’s honestly not much bigger if at all, the only real difference I see is the big and tall has a flat bottom whereas the regular has more of a bucket seat type of bottom. Regardless they’re good chairs worth the cost compared to the cheap furniture store ones I have locally. Very comfortable, they look great and you can game for hours without getting uncomfortable!

I've had the chair for a couple of weeks now and I really really like it. It's a good height so my feet can actually touch the floor instead of kicking around like a toddler. I'm 5'9" and like every chair sits too high to plant your feet on the floor, even when they're as low as they go. Why every chair is designed this way is beyond me. The headrest and low back rests are nice, and I like the how low back rest is designed so you can adjust it up and down. The reclining feature is also a must for me, I'm constantly adjusting as I'm sitting. The material is pretty nice, seems durable, but I haven't had it long yet. I've seen some people say it wears down but for the price I'm willing to see what happens. I do wish there was more padding in the seat. I had to get an extra little seat cuz my butt started hurting when sitting for long periods of time. I'm also quite skinny so I don't have a lot of built in padding and that generally happens with any chair for me anyways. The foot rest is a nice addition, but I don't really use it anymore. I tried for a few days but it is simply too short when extended, and it was more of a "knee rest" rather than a foot rest. I'm not sure it's something that could be improved on since it has to fold under the chair. Maybe someone with shorter legs would find it more beneficial. I just bought myself a little ottoman. All in all for the price I really like this chair, and after shopping around it really seemed like this cheaper option offered me much more of what I was looking for than the more expensive options did (for example, shorter chair height and reclining back). One last thing. My cat has been scratching the life out of the sides. So, if you have a cat, this thing is very nice for scratching. I used a little duct tape on the most-scratched areas to get her to stop before she ruined it. I really hope it stops her.

Chair arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. I'm 6'2 and felt it was a little bit to small for me. I handed it off to my wife who loves it. It's padding is firm and pretty sturdy. If it had a larger size i'd purchase that one in the future.

I purchased this gaming chair for my teen son to complete his gaming setup, and unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in a long time. From the delivery to the actual functionality, nothing about this chair met expectations, and I feel compelled to share the full experience so others don’t make the same mistake. First, It took a full month for the chair to arrive, which is far longer than I expected. Waiting that long was frustrating, especially since I had planned for it to be a special gift and to have it ready for him to use right away. By the time it arrived, the excitement had already worn off a bit, which was disappointing. Assembly took about 45 minutes with two people, which was manageable, but the instructions were not particularly clear. Some of the pieces were awkward to handle, and it required a fair amount of effort to get everything lined up properly. While I eventually got it together, it wasn’t a smooth or enjoyable assembly process, which I would have expected for a chair in this price range. The biggest issue, however, is with the functionality—particularly the massage feature. The chair is advertised as having a massage function, which was one of the main reasons I chose it. My son and I were both looking forward to it as a fun and relaxing feature after long gaming sessions. Unfortunately, the “massage” does not massage at all. It just vibrates in a very limited way, and it feels nothing like a proper massage. It’s underwhelming, ineffective, and frankly misleading. For a feature that is a key selling point, this is extremely disappointing. The chair itself is comfortable enough for sitting and gaming, but the false advertising about the massage function makes it hard to recommend. There’s also a sense that the build quality isn’t quite as robust as I would hope. While it holds up under normal use so far, the materials feel a little cheap and less durable than comparable chairs I’ve seen. Overall, the combination of long shipping, frustrating assembly, and the misleading massage feature makes this a product I cannot recommend. It might work as a basic gaming chair for sitting, but if you’re expecting anything beyond that—especially a real massage function—you will likely be disappointed. This was a very frustrating purchase, and I regret spending money on it.
