Love Samsung products for their high quality. I've had their tablets before and recently upgraded to this one. Very fast. The pen makes it great and the screen is proven to be scratch resistant. Samsung products last a long time so as long as they are well cared for, you get great value for the money. The speed is snappy and the connectivity is excellent even in poorer wifi signal areas. Literally ordered a excellent refurbished tablet took the screen protector that came with it for it to have a huge scratch plus acouple other ones. Ordered it in "excellent condition. Not sure if it was suppose to come w the original cables did not. The SPEN THEY SENT DOESNT EVEN CONNECT THE WAY IT SHOULD. Function but doesn't let any air functions back. Literally bought a new air pen for it to work the way it should have the first time. If they see this review hopefully an exchange can be done. Lol, its a galaxy tab ultra... Of course its an amazing tablet. I have the 9 and now the 10 ultra and both are the best tablets im running compared to the others ive got from other brands. I had the S8 Ultra then went to the S10( 10in screen) but was very unhappy with the size. I eventually got fed up and ordered the S10 Ultra and I'm back happy as a kid LOL.
