Great gaming chair! It was purchased for my tween son and he loves it! He says it’s super comfortable, loves the added back vibration on his lumbar pillow. He has been using it for about 2 weeks now and very happy with it. Building it was pretty easy too as long as you follow the step by step. The look is fabric material, like an ikea couch material, which is what we were looking for. Did not come with assembly instructions and the assembly guide on their webpage was for another chair. Luckily I am mechanically inclined and successfully assembled it. Otherwise, it seems comfortable enough although the head pillow and lumbar support are pretty minimal. The massage function is just a USB A connector that makes the lumbar support to vibrate when plugged into a USB port. No on/off switch. But hey, what should you expect for a $90 chair. 3 stars Added note: The vibrating cushion stopped working about a month after I got it. I emailed customer service and 7 days later I got a replacement vibrator for the cushion. Good job on honoring your warranty! ... show more

Great chair! Only thing was that it did not come with instructions. My boyfriend is very much mechanically inclined so he was able to put together but it may be something to consider before purchasing. Other than that, it is soft yet firm and really comfortable for long gaming sessions.
