I own and use a lot of home gym equipment. I love this ab roller. The kneeling pad with elasticized strap inclusion is new to me. I have messed up knees that bother me sometimes, so I can put another foam pad on top of the included pad to better protect my knees even more, and it still works. But the included kneeling pad is soft enough for me most of the time. I also like that the kneeling pad is removable, so if I don't want the hassle, I can use the roller on its own. But the included kneeling pad is great because you can limit the distance you roll outwards until such a time that you can "control your roll" on your own after increasing your strength. I love that it has 2 wheels to reduce wobbling, it reduces my chance of accidently tipping over sideways and injuring my already-messed up shoulders. It took me about 30 seconds to figure out how to put it together, and I like that I can take it apart again easily if I want to store it flat. Because of the features I mentioned, I think the roller is a good value at $24.99.

This is a great ab roller. It doesn’t come with directions for how to put it together, but it’s pretty easy to figure it out. The handles are cushiony but the texture on them makes them not slippery and easy to grip. I have bad knees so the knee pad is one of the main reason why I picked this. It has just enough cushion and doesn’t slip on the floor when you push against it to roll out. The roller rolls in and out smoothly and the double wheels makes it much more stable than the single wheel rollers. It feels well made and like I’ll be able to get lots of workouts out of it!

I'm very pleased with this. It's got a metal tube as an axle and two very sturdy wheels. I really appreciate the safety strap that attaches to the kneeling board. It's high-quality and it makes me feel very safe using this knowing that I can't fall completely flat. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of every part of this the plastic is thick and sturdy. Everything seems to be manufactured well. Assembly was super easy less than five minutes you don't even need the instructions. Functionally this is one of the better wheels I've used, having two wheels and the strap makes it very comfortable to use and it's so much easier than a regular wheel.

Good to have the padding so it can be done anywhere; some floors are too hard to do just the roller. Stretch band makes it safe for all ages/sizes/levels to not roll it too far forward that you can't get it back. Good core strengthening. Can create a burn sensation. Super easy to assemble; put the strap on the bar, then a wheel on each side, then handles. Functional for core strengthening as well as arm/shoulder/back. Durable. Rolls well. Size is right for variety.

Compared to your generic ab wheel, this version is more stable due to the dual wheels. The connection is tight and feels safe. Handles are comfortable, not padded but decent grip, no friction points from burrs or anything like that. It comes with a pad for your knees. While not super cushiony, it's better than concrete or bare wood. I think the best part of this wheel is it is scalable, very beginner friendly due to the assistance band, and suitable for different sizes of people. My 7 year old daughter learned how to use it in a few minutes and finds it challenging but as she gets stronger we can reduce or eliminate the assistance. For more advanced users, the assistance band still helps you return to the start position if you do a long-hold isometric or reach really far to go to failure.
