Product lasted 6 months and didn't keep the ring camera fully charged. Because it didn't keep the camera charged i would have to unplug it from the solar and plug it in the house while doing this the cord on the solar broke.

The initial solar panel that I had bought for my ring camera lasted for over 2 years and it had a 16 ft long cord and was a bit more versatile. That's the only reason I gave this one only four stars instead of five because I'm not able to move this one up to 15 ft away from my actual camera and if you have a canopy or anything like that it can block the sun so you have to be aware of where you have your ring camera positioned and if there's any sunlight able to hit it. ... show more

So far so good! Is charging and thats what matters. I was afraid because is not a sunny area and it just get mostly daylight. I installed it yesterday ant stopped charging at night so we waited to see if it would charge in the morning again and its on! I am happy! Thank you!
