I love the fact that has a 180° scan ability. The camera is high quality. The app software is easy to use. And you can make live recordings. The one negative is everything is recorded so if I go outside 20 times I get 20 different recordings and they can only be deleted one at a time. I can’t go in and just delete the whole group of recordings. Maybe I’m missing something in the software, but I looked for someway to delete all the recordings at once. Horrible customer service. They said if the current chime certain voltage range. It will be compatible. But it is not compatible when I wired it. It made a really weird noise. I purchased the product on 12/27/24. I have reached out to them twice for help. Today is 2/16/25. No one reached out to me.
