Shipping was fast and filter/pump arrived undamaged. Very easy to set up. I’m impressed with how quiet and efficient this filter and pump works. Much better than my previous sand filter and pump that didn’t really do the job well enough for my 24’ pool. Excellent product!

Bought for 2024 season. 1st box arrived totally mangled, not sure if everything was even in the box-just immediately sent it back. 2nd one arrived and was easy to set up, but in less than 2 months burst overnight. Grrrr! 3rd one had been in operation for just a year and has sprung a leak in the seam on the side and then on the top seam. Very disappointing. Only a 3 month warranty- that should've told me something. Asked what would cause this and couldn't give me an answer or any sort of reason to purchase anything from Doheny again.

So far I like this product and it works like it should. When I received this item it was missing a large O ring. I called customer service and gave them the exact part number. 5 days later I received a totally different O ring. I called customer service again explaining my issue, after being on hold forever while she tried to figure out what I needed since their part numbers are different then what is in their manual, I was told the correct part was on the way. 5 days later I got the correct part and all is well now.

Have it on a 30ft above ground. Doesn't come with an on/off switch. But working good. Used 300lbs of pool filter sand from menards.

So we have an intex 16x32 pool. We have had this pool for 3 years and have noticed that the pool pump that came with the pool just couldn't keep up the water quality for the pool. The water was always dirty and seemed clear but green. Now the water is a refreshing clear blue just like a pool should be.
