Gone are the days of cloudy water and visible debris; this filter system maintains a clarity that makes swimming much more inviting. For the performance it delivers, the price was good, offering excellent value compared to other options on the market. Shipping & Setup: Swift and Simple The purchasing experience was also top-notch. The One Missing Piece: No Site Glass My only significant critique, and it's one that impacts convenience more than core performance, is the lack of a dedicated site glass to know when to backwash. It allows you to visually monitor the color of the backwash water. When the water turns clear, you know the sand is clean and you can stop the backwash cycle. By far this is the single best up grade Anyone could make to there Poll . rather you are thinking of using a Sand or the Fibber Balls as you Filter Midea . I noticed a huge difference in my polls water clarity almost with in the first day day or two . Last season a had a hard time keeping the poll water from clouding up a little . and suspected the stock pump and filter system was just not up to the job . so this season I up graded to this beauty . using 4 pounds of Fibber Balls which you can buy right here on Amazon for a good price . and with an few seconds of back washing ever couple weeks or so my water has remained Crystal Clear all season . and the beauty full part is the balls are reusable you simply drop them in there mesh bag and toss them in the washer . but i think i might just replace mine every year they were so cheap

Excellent water pomp filter! I had the original one that my above ground pool brings and it wasn’t doing the job the way it should. After installing this one, I noticed the difference within approximately 2 hours. I wish I would’ve purchased it sooner. Definitely 5 stars! Totally recommended. The instructions on the manual are not great at all. However, there is an excellent video of how to assemble it on youtube that explains step by step on how you assemble it your self. The cord isn’t long enough so I had to purchase an 25ft outdoor extension cord with the correct power requirements at HomeDepot. For that I had to search on google the following: “can an extension cord be plugged in anxtremepowerus 13 maximum” and after typing that in, all the information on purchasing the correct extension cord came out. Also I purchased an additional protection for the water pump & the extension cord when connected together, although it says is for outdoor. The item is a small box that’s called “ Twist and seal cord protection” also at homedepot fot $5.95. Overall this has been a great purchase. Don’t forget to watch the youtube video if you want to assemble it correctly like i did.

Bought back in july, really easy to put together an pushes put a ton of water. Gets my water clear in less than a day. Pump went out after a month of use but they were great enough to send me a whole new pump! Very classy of them an very much appreciated!

We bought this filter for a large swimming pool and, although we had to purchase the sand separately at Walmart, the results have been very good. The system works efficiently, keeping the water clean and crystal clear even with frequent pool use. Installation was simple, and once running, the filter shows good power and capacity to handle large volumes of water. Its consistent performance makes pool maintenance much easier and more convenient. Overall, it is an excellent option for those looking for a reliable and effective filter for large pools.
