Beautiful, quiet, powerful ceiling fan that completely upgraded the room
Color: Black Size: 52 Inch
I am extremely impressed with this Depuley 52-inch ceiling fan with lights. It has been a fantastic upgrade and immediately made the room feel more modern, comfortable, and finished. The black three-blade design looks sleek without being too flashy, and the low-profile flush-mount style is perfect because it gives the room a clean, streamlined look while still providing excellent airflow. One of the first things I noticed was how quiet the fan is. Even when it is running, it does not have that annoying humming or wobbling sound that some ceiling fans make. The DC motor feels smooth, efficient, and very well made. It moves air beautifully, but it does it in a way that feels calm and comfortable instead of loud or distracting. This makes it great for a bedroom, living room, office, kitchen, dining room, or covered patio where you want cooling comfort without extra noise. The six speed settings are a huge plus. I like having the option to keep it low and gentle when I just want a light breeze, or turn it up when the room needs more serious air circulation. It gives a lot of control over the comfort level, which makes it useful throughout the day and in different seasons. The reversible airflow feature is another thoughtful touch because it makes the fan useful year-round, not just during warmer weather. The built-in LED light is another feature I really appreciate. It gives the room a nice clean brightness, and I love that the light is dimmable because it lets me adjust the atmosphere depending on what I am doing. It works well for everyday lighting, but it can also be softened when I want the room to feel more relaxed in the evening. Having the fan and light combined in one modern fixture makes the ceiling look much cleaner than having separate pieces. The remote control makes everything convenient. Being able to change the fan speed, adjust the light, set the timer, and control the settings without getting up is a small thing that makes a big difference in daily use. It feels especially useful in a bedroom or living room because everything can be adjusted from the bed, couch, or desk. I also really like the overall design. The black finish gives it a modern, slightly high-end look, and the three blades make it feel more stylish than a standard builder-grade ceiling fan. It blends well with contemporary, farmhouse, industrial, and minimalist decor. It looks especially good in a room with black hardware, dark accents, wood furniture, or neutral walls. The low-profile design is ideal for rooms with lower ceilings because it does not hang down too far or make the space feel crowded. At the same time, the 52-inch size gives it a strong presence and great coverage. It feels like the perfect balance of compact design and powerful performance. Overall, this ceiling fan is stylish, quiet, functional, and easy to enjoy every day. It improves airflow, adds attractive lighting, and gives the room a much more polished appearance. The remote control, dimmable LED, six speeds, timer, quiet DC motor, and reversible function all make it feel like a very complete and well-designed fan. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern flush-mount ceiling fan with light. Five stars all the way. ... show more

I ordered this Depuley fan to replace an outdated builder-grade fixture, and I couldn't be happier. The reversible silent DC motor is an absolute game-changer—it runs incredibly quiet (well under 35dB) while pushing an impressive amount of air. The included multifunctional remote control makes it incredibly easy to switch between the wind speeds and set the handy built-in timers. It completely modernized the room's appearance, and the dimmable, multi-tonal LED light provides excellent coverage. Highly recommend this brand if you want high-end performance at an affordable price point! ... show more

I’m very happy with this ceiling fan with lights! It looks modern, was easy to install, and instantly upgraded the room. The fan is very quiet, even on the highest speed, and provides great airflow to keep the room cool. The LED light is bright, energy-efficient, and has different brightness settings, making it perfect for any time of day. The remote control is convenient and easy to use, allowing me to adjust both the fan speed and lighting without getting up. Overall, this is an excellent value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and functional ceiling fan. ... show more

*** PROS: *** — Modern, sleek, low-profile design — Doesn't wobble around like other ceiling fans do — RF Remote? (doesn't have to be pointed directly at the fan/light like an IR Remote) — Little to no noise from the motor (I can't hear it, anyway); only the sound of the air — Moves air just like any other 52" ceiling fan — Remote doesn't interfere with and turn on your other ceiling fans of the same model (if you bought multiple ceiling fans) — Lightweight — Great price *** CONS: *** — No memory functions when switch or circuit breaker is turned off and on. When switch or circuit is turned off and on, it goes to default setting of light on and fan off. So, basically, everything is supposed to be adjusted with the remote and the switch left alone. When you keep turning the switch off and on in rapid succession it changes to different light temperatures each time it's turned on. (UPDATE: There is somewhat of a fan memory function. When you turn off and on at the light switch very quickly (a second or two, etc.), the light turns on always, but the fan will come to a stop, then turn back on to the last setting it was on. If you wait a guesstimated 5-10 seconds between turning off and on at the light switch, (e.g. when the fan comes to a complete stop, then turn back on), the fan memory will not be retained and only the light will be on. There's no light memory whatsoever. It always comes on when the switch is turned on. — Everything's plastic, which for most part, are really sturdy, especially the thick, rigid blades, but the mounting bracket could break or crack if you tightened screws too tight into electrical box. I used included washers with the machine screws that tighten to the electrical box so the plastic would be less prone to crack. It wasn't supposed to have washers with the screws when mounting, but felt it would distribute the pressure better. The only things that are metal are the fan motor/housing. — I had a lot of problems mounting the fan assembly to the electrical box mounting bracket; Screws wouldn't tighten into mounting bracket; the only three screws included are pointed (for wood); I had to use my own machine screws (non-pointed ends) to get the fan housing to tighten into the mounting bracket. Also, I had so many screws and bolts leftover because the instruction manual wasn't clear and specific about which screws were involved in each step. I did like the foam cushions on the top of the mounting bracket, protecting the ceiling from damage when tightened. — Instruction manual is mostly illustrations with not a lot of details, like what kind of screws are in each step and other important details. It just has a low-quality picture of some screws without saying what type they're supposed to be. It doesn't specify where and how the grounding clip is supposed to be screwed onto the motor housing, either. — There's not one single mention in the instructions on how and where the grounding clip is supposed to be installed. When you open the box and see all the parts, the grounding clip is screwed on top of the plastic motor "cover." I had been putting the grounding clip under the plastic motor housing, directly sitting on the metal motor housing, but after thinking about it, it appears it's supposed to be installed on top of the plastic motor "cover" as it is when you get it, with the screw being the ground and connection to the metal motor housing. This ceiling fan is the same exact unit sold under the name Dovanpaul sold at big box stores for the same price. (Bought two Depuley; three Dovanpaul) Overall, it has a sleek, modern look, but it needs light- and fan-memory functions retained when turned off/on at the switch; the mounting needs a little improvement; and instruction manual needs to be completely redone with more details. ... show more

Color: Walnut Size: 52 Inch
Taking the fan out of the box, I was a little disappointing as it seems rather cheaply made. However, having installed hundreds of fans, this one is so intelligently made and simple that I highly recommend this fan. I’ve had fun just playing with the remote and watching it go! So quiet and the air flow is amazing! You will not be disappointed in the value of this fan. ... show more
