These pans are anything but non-stick! Everything sticks to them. No matter how much fats are cooked with or how much heat is controlled. I do not recommend and if I could return them I would.

These pans are a great addition in my kitchen. There are many good features of these, but one thing I really like to have in my kitchen is space and organization. These stack perfectly on top of one another in turn giving me more space in my cabinets. The other thing that is important to me is the ease of cleaning up. These are so easy to clean, I could literally just wipe them out with a paper towel. I hate when I have to scrape burnt food off of my pans but that is never the case with these. The non-stick coating makes cleanup time simple. After use they can just be put in the dishwasher and they come out with no food residue left behind. They conduct heat very well and while cooking the heat is displaced evenly throughout. My son has complimented my cooking several times since using these. Good pans make a world of difference. Due to the coating I can now cook healthier. I don’t even have to use butter or cooking spray to keep food from sticking. Nothing at all is needed for that. I absolutely love their durability. One thing that used to drive me crazy with my old pans was I would be in a hurry and grab my metal spatula or spoon and then I would end up scratching my pan all up. That is a huge benefit for me, knowing I can use any utensil in my kitchen and not ruin my cookware.

These pans are great. I cook just every night and cook a verity of recipes. I use cast iron mostly. These pans get ripping hot fast and need constant attention. Absolutely awesome for searing and a quick morning breakfast. That being said for those that have had food sticking your not attending to your food. I cook perfect over medium eggs in 3 min. Iam sure if I ignored them that they would stick. I always love the reviews that say food stuck and came out a mess, I promise you it's human error. These pans do work really well, but if you turn your back on them, lower the heat and use a lid.

I bought this set based on two objectives..non-stick and glass lids. I made the assumption that the price was indicative of quality. My issue is items cooked in the pans do leave scorched residue that needs to be properly clean (aka not non-stick). Attached is a photo of the 8-inch pan where I cooked an egg and a piece of ham at low heat. The pan was first sprayerd with olive oil then added a small amount of butter before adding food. Larger pans used for salmon and other dishes also leave scorched residue that needs cleaning. I would shop elsewhere at this price point

I recently bought this set of three non-stick pans, and they are fantastic! They arrived neatly packaged. The different sizes cater to all my cooking needs. I no longer need to wash a big pan for just cooking one omelet! (Yeah!) The non-stick coating works perfectly. Food didn’t stick to the surface and any left over oil can be easily washed out. For the price, the quality and performance are outstanding. Highly recommended!

I had really high hopes for these pans. I finally decided to spend more money and get nicer pans that would last far longer than the ones I had already. These pans do the opposite. They say that they are nonstick, but these are the worst pans to get any food off of ever. Every time I make eggs in one of these pans even using a high heat nonstick spray on top of the pan it takes me about five minutes to clean each one at least. Total waste of money. Would never recommend. You know it’s bad when I take my time to leave a review.

Overall good pans. They take some time to get use to, specially the 10’. Controlling the heat is a bit difficult. They have a good weight and sturdy. Cleaning the non stick area is easy but it doesn’t go all the way up the pan, leaving about a half inch of exposed steel at the top. Let one heat up too quickly, first time using it, and the oil burned. Completely changing the color of the steel. Now a black stain is on the top. Doesn’t come off with normal scrubbing, might need steel wool for it which I’m really trying to avoid.
