We got this tent so we can extend our stay at a National Forest in CO we wanted to camp in this summer. Since this NF had no facilities we opted to get an outdoor shower. Based on the reviews this one received, we purchased it and it did not disappoint. We really liked having the extra room for changing and hanging the towels. Quality of the tent seems good and should hold up for many years. I'd say the only negative is the poor instructions for setting it up but there is a video from Kingcamp that shows how to set it up. We did have one issue with the tent, when taking the tent down one of the poles for the roof support, the internal shock cord broke. When we got back from our trip I sent a message to their support team and received an immediate response. They apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a new pole. Their great support turned my review from a 4 star to a 5 star. Wish more companies would care about their customer satisfaction and stand by their product. ... show more

    • Great shower room for tent or RV camping.

The shower is huge and I was easily able to take a shower with plenty of room. The floor of the shower room is mostly made out of tarp except the perimeter which is a fine mesh to let the water drain out. You just have to make sure that it is on a bit of a slope so that it will all drain out and that it is staked properly in the ground so that it doesn't have any bumps in the tarp. I've used this 4 times so far.3 times while dry camping and once.Next to a friend's outdoor shower on their R.V. it worked great for all of those purposes. My only complaint is that the inlet for the hose into the tent is across the tent from where the shower head hook is, so if you don't have a long hose on your outdoor or v shower it would be a struggle to get it to reach. While I was dry camping I used a drop in pump and shower had combo that worked great. Set up is very simple.There are 2 pools that go across the top and forepulls.That hold up the sides and then you stick it into the ground.There is a canopy or rain fly cover. This is a great purchase.And I highly recommend to anyone that is doing any tent camping or need of a shower other than one in their RV. Privacy is excellent on this.You can choose to unzip the windows and the door but you can close it up entirely and no one could see inside. The quality of the tent seems very good.I zipped it on zipped it on zipped.It on zip and the zipper held up great, which is typically something that really can be a win or a Miss, and it seems to be working really well.I like the zippers have a little handle on them.So it's easy to grab and hold.And the velcro seems to be attached well inside for the hose support. I found it easiest to clean out once it was dry then I could sweep out any debris that was left inside the tent. ... show more

Instructions consist of a tiny picture with some stupid drawings on a tag sewn into the storage bag. Assembling it is NOT easy at ALL. Took about an hour for something that should have taken just a few minutes. The flex poles for the top are extremely difficult to bow into shape to get them in the holders. I though for sure they were going to snap. It took 3 people and alot of cussing to get it done. The poles flex the material so tight, you can already see the seams starting to pull apart. Here’s a tip: make sure you have the door zipped shut before you lock everything down. The poles pulled so hard on the tent that the zipper on the front door would not shut. Had to pull up the front stakes, loosen the whole thing, then zip the door shut, then re-tighten/stake it down all over again. Just got the tent assembled today so my review may change after I see how durable it is. It looks really good set up, it seems spacious and relatively strong, and I want to like this tent, just hope it holds up. A small paragraph or SOMETHING in the instructions explaining the sequence of assembly and tips to get the poles in the holes correctly without tearing it up would have been more helpful than their poor cartoon illustrations. ... show more

I love it. I purchased a separate 🚿 device because I had the bag with another tent and it's horrible but this tent alone is definitely worth it. I set it up in less than 4 minutes alone. I'm 5'1" and it was super quick and easy. I love this shower tent and can't wait to use it during my 3 day camping trip next wknd. The instructions are horrible. This thing is massive! And now understand why I didn't call themselves KingCamp, as you feel like a king walking into this thing. It came with a shower pouch with an attached spigot. The poles and the fabric along with the zippers all seem to be very high quality! There's air flow invalation in here where you can comfortably do your business or take a shower. OK I lied. The 4 stars were for the previous model but this one appears to be even better. The previous model {no longer available} was amazing given the price point. 6 years of duty as a shower tent on mountain top Elk hunting camp. 4 weeks per year. Rain/snow/50 mph winds {needed a little extra guy cords for the wind}, plus probably 50 summer camping trips. Held up well. Has a mesh perimeter in floor that allows shower water to drain off. Finally ripped out a support through abuse. Tipped it on its side to dry, still setup, for packing up after rain storm, and too much stress for old material. Upon inspection this model {while slightly more $$} is heavier material and zippers, and comes in a real zippered bag, not a stuff sack like our old one. I am sure this tent will last even longer. My only concern and advice is the instructions have no wording. Only tiny pictures of what someone thought might be helpful. I am not a complete idiot, and I have been around the block with tents. But if I had not had the old one {set up is same as this one}, I would not have a clue. Save yourself a lot of trouble and Google-"marausa KingCamp shower enclosure set up" prior to your first use. Its pretty easy once you get it, but the "instructions" will be of no help. ... show more

    • Missing lots of parts, seams look almost torn, comes with bonus hair on the bottom.
Not a lot of QA from the manufacturer or Amazon on this tent it seems. Items that are supposed to be in the bag according to the pictures are a groundsheet (missing), 4 guy lines (missing), 10 stakes (missing), tent, poles and rain fly. Additionally there are several places where the seams seem stretched and the holes where the stitching goes through the fabric are so large you can see daylight through them. Not only that, but when unrolling the tent, there is hair on the bottom side of the tent which tells me this was a repackaged return which might explain the missing parts. We didn't even bother setting it up. We just rolled it right back up and stuffed it in the bag. Thanks KingCamp and thanks Amazon for such an amazing "A to Z" shopping experience. It's coming right back at you so you can repack it and sell it to someone else as new. ... show more
