The media could not be loaded. I picked up this 42-inch ceiling fan in white to put in my kitchen. The finish is a really nice matte white—not glossy—which looks very sharp. After inspecting it, I’m impressed with how they put it together. I haven’t got it up on the ceiling yet, but looking at the hardware, the installation looks very straightforward. It’s a simple two-wire connection (neutral and load) that goes into a controller box, and then everything else just plugs right in. Even the light has a nice twist-lock design, so you aren't fumbling with extra bolts while you're up on a ladder. The 42-inch size is really the perfect choice for a kitchen. It's big enough to keep the air moving while you're cooking, but it's not such a wide blow that it's going to interfere with the stove or blow out a flame. It keeps the air right where you need it without being overkill. The quality is solid. The blades are reversible, with a nice light wood look on one side and white on the other. During shipping, the motor shifted a little in the housing because of the weight, but I was able to center it with just two fingers on camera—it's just a minor thing that doesn't affect the performance at all. The remote is top-notch. It even has a QR code on the back so you can control everything from your phone. It says it has 6CCT, which gives you six different light colors to choose from—perfect for adjusting the mood in the kitchen. Also, the fan itself is reversible, so you can have it push air down or pull it up depending on what you need. The light dome is a lightweight "milk white" plastic, which is smart because it’s thin enough to let all the light through without dimming it down. It also comes with a mounting base that has four little cushions to help keep vibrations and noise down. One thing to note: they mention it's for "indoor/outdoor" use, but I wouldn't put this where it can get hit by direct rain. It’s more for a place that might get some humidity but stays covered. Since it's a 3-blade fan, it should run nice and quiet. I’ll add some notes on the airflow once I have it spinning, but for now, it looks like a great unit.

Overall a really good fan! The installation was straightforward, and the instructions actually made sense, plus there’s a video you can slow down if you need extra help. The fan runs very quietly and the light looks great. For my room it feels a little small, but that was my own sizing mistake. The remote works great with plenty of options. It also comes with an app, but I didn’t install it, just personal preference. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely buy again!

We just installed this fan tonight. The screw holes didnt match up with the plate in our ceiling so we had to rug it a bit. The holes would be what holds it to the actual ceiling so it had to be lined up. So I used washer to hold into the larger holes because the screw heads were ti small an would fall through. So we took the washers off the expansion screws that came with it. Which ended up working perfectly. The fan blades also were also held onto the fan by plastic! So goodluck if you hit something into a blade. It will most likely crack it because its not thick. The blades are very narrow. The light is like insanely too bright. Installing wasnt bad once we figured out how to fix the screw problem. Very fan an smooth an quiet.
