I ordered this fan to go in my setting room. I was very happy with the look because it is a beautiful fan , BUT now it does not work. The light will come on but the fan does not work. I've had the fan for about 3 months and now it does not work. It was loud but that part did not bother me, I am past the return date so I am stuck with a fan that does not blow air. Lower , center piece was vent in and angle. Had to straightened out, blades on the silver side the paint was bubbled although was very well packaged. Disappointed that the remote didn't bring the battery and same with bulb wasn't provided, other than that is a beautiful fan .

I can’t believe how loud it is. Not a normal fan sound, my electrician, removed the dimmer remote and it’s still very loud.
