This is not my first OneKey device, i have the mini and the lite (that only backups the hot wallet), but the classic is the most versatile of the tree, is light and thin, also his battery has a good autonomy and is really easy to link with my iPhone. The only thing that I don’t like of the OneKey is on the software that currently doesn’t support so much cross-chain swaps ( only between a few chains) but as the software is Open Source ( the biggest advantage of the OneKey) maybe comes sooner than later. ... show more

    • Easy to use when it works, not mature enough to protect crypto
First OneKey Touch was defective, took 18 round trips with support for replacement under warranty. New one is functional when connected via usb-c to laptop. Intermittent on IOS prior to 17.0.3 and now non-functional. Great easy of use and beautiful UI, but I can't trust it with my crypto. Functional as additional FIDO key with Coinbase. The wallet is compatible with a lot of the big wallets like Metamask and even has its own dedicated application The NFT gallery feature is a nice touch for those who want to showcase their digital collectibles. I'm very pleased to have a OneKey Touch hardware wallet. I am genuinely satisfied. I have been a cryptocurrency holder for many years, always in search of a secure, reliable, and user-friendly crypto wallet. I bought a Ledger in 2017, but with its recent mpc upgrade, I no longer trusted it. I have tried various brands and models, but it wasn't until I came across Onekey that I truly found what I had been looking for. Anyway I purchased a new OneKey wallet. I initially thought this device would be as large as an old iTouch from over 10 yrs ago, but it's actually smaller than a credit card, making it very convenient to carry. It's also very easy to use. After initiating the wallet, you can directly create a new wallet or import an existing one. The touchscreen is much more user-friendly than the Ledger, which only has two buttons. It takes just about 2 mins to complete the wallet setup. I particularly like the NFT gallery feature, which allows me to show off my cool NFTs to others, lol. First and foremost, I want to emphasize the security of your hardware wallet. Backed by Coinbase Ventures and open-source for transparency. I'm particularly impressed with the additional security layers like the tamper-evident seal. And the OneKey PC desktop APP supports so many coins and blockchains! The ability to connect to multiple software wallets is a huge plus.If you're in crypto, i believe u need this. u shouldn't miss out on this user-friendly product that is helping to change the world of Web3! ... show more

    • Careful creating a new wallet while backing it up with the KeyTag.

Set up the wallet first. Then back it up with the KeyTag. Don't try to make the KeyTag while creating the wallet. Here I am excited to set up the new wallet and save the phrase using the KeyTag since they give you an option to back it up during the process of creating a new wallet, but then the OneKey shuts off mid-set-up. That's a waste of a KeyTag. Now I have to write down a whole other 24 words and redo this process. I'm glad it comes with an extra KeyTag but that's such a disappointment. Why do they have the wallet auto-shutoff while creating a new wallet? I'm so angry right now. It's not the end of the world though. Just a major inconvenience and a waste of a KeyTag. ... show more

The touch is an amazing wallets that has one of the best coin supports. The screen is sharp and allows for QR code address if you need that. The biggest difference is the readability and clean interface that sold me on the touch and that I can use my Mac or iPhone for transactions. They have recently add support to show all networks which gives you a whole portfolio overview.
