I picked up this Crucial P310 primarily to expand the storage on my PS5, and it has been absolutely flawless from the moment I installed it. The built-in heatsink is a huge plus; it fit perfectly into the expansion slot without any fuss, and the console recognized and formatted the drive instantly. In terms of performance, I honestly can't tell the difference between this drive and the PS5's internal storage, games load incredibly fast, and I haven't experienced a single stutter or texture pop-in during long sessions of Call of Duty. The included heat sink is a nice added value item. All 5 partitioned and formatted without issue and all written data verified perfect.
