  • Solid!
Capacity: 1 TB
I purchase this NVMe 1 TB SSD to put in an external USB NVMe SSD enclosure to transfer big-ish chunks of data (backup/restore) reasonably quickly. For that application, it works very well although the performance bottle neck (rate limiting part of any data transfer) is the speed of the USB 3.1 port itself and not the SSD. In a "real world" performance test, I copied 25 GB of data to the Ext USB (3.1) NVMe SSD in 100 seconds for a write performance of 250MB/s or 15 GB/min. Best "benchmark" write performance I could get was 420MB/s (read performance was ~450MB/s). Not bad across a USB 3.1 connection (IMO). I consider the price/performance for this drive to be excellent. I got 1TB of pretty fast USB NVMe SSD storage for ~$72 for the SSD and ~$40 for the enclosure. ... show more

  • Works great
Capacity: 250 GB
I bought the laptop from a college surplus sale without the SSD. I screwed up buying the laptop because it can't read the wattage of the charger and so it won't charged the battery, I forgot to check that Works great plugged in though. None of that is the fault of the SSD, it works great.

  • Really good budget NVME
Capacity: 500 GB
We added these on for just storage drives, and they work fantastic. Much better than having just a sata ssd as storage, but at a reasonable price. We have not had any of these fail in the field as of yet so at the moment only positive things to say.

  • Exactly what I wanted
Capacity: 1 TB
Upgraded from a slower SSD. Installed my OS on it. PC starts up fast and games loaded from this drive are very fast. Very pleased.

  • Excellent performance, reliability and price, plus, it's not made in China
Capacity: 1 TB
Excellent performance, reliability and price, plus, it's not made in China. I will be even more inclined to purchase Micron products if they are manufactured in the United States. Mexico is a good start; however, I have to wonder if Micron's contract isn't still with the CCP who has just set up manufacturing in Mexico to avoid the tariff. I can't say, but I will be looking into it. ... show more

  • As advertised
Capacity: 1 TB
I love rating for 'gaming', it's an m.2 its a great price, solid performance, solid price. Crucial has a great reputation making it worth the purchase.

  • Got the TLC version, works great
Capacity: 250 GB
Ordered the 1TB Crucial P2 Nvme drive on sale for Prime day. I thought I was taking a gamble as I read some reviews that said they were shipping QLC drives. Turns out this was not the case. It runs just fine as I was able to transfer some games from my Steam library without seeing a single write performance drop. Speeds ran as advertised too on my Z590 board. And I didn't even enable momentum cache with the Crucial storage executive software. Great drive! ... show more
